About Herceg Novi Herceg Novi is Montenegrin coastal town with around 33.000 inhabitants. It is located at the entry of Bokokotorski bay and represents one of 10 most beautiful bays in the world. Herceg Novi has long tradition and rich cultural-historical contents, archeological sites, numerous churches and monasteries (Monastery Savina XVII century) and legacies of various peoples and civilizations that ruled in this region. Complex Meljine is former center of military and medical institutions of the Army which is situated in the portfolio of Atlas Group this year. We plan to build healthy touristic complex in the area of 50300 m² of the most attractive space at the Montenegrin seaside which does not exist in the South Eastern Europe. Combination of modern, natural and traditional would not be anywhere quality implemented as within complex Meljine. Meljine complex is situated in Boka Kotorska bay which is thought to be one of the prettiest bays in the world. It is situated close to Herceg Novi, i.e. 3 km away from Old town. Complex has direct exit on the sea which is 500 meters long. Atlas Group recognized this complex as the most interesting space for investment out of many reasons. 100 years ago Meljine space was chosen for development of hospital and rehabilitated contents due to extraordinary micro climate which is mixture of sea, plenty of iodine and mountain, fresh air from massif of the mountain Orjen. In the space of complex there is botanical garden 100 years old and planted with the most attractive and rare herbs from all parts of the world, which brought sailors from Herceg Novi and surroundings. The vision of Atlas Group in development of Meljine complex is primarily turned to health tourism, modern diagnostic centre and hospital and rehabilitation for all kinds of guests. First unit includes highly sophisticated hospital with the most fashionable equipment and the most trained personnel as well as leading medical experts from all of the world. Planned area of the hospital underground is 11.215 m 2, while the area beyond ground is 13.430 m 2.Total planned area of the hospital is 24.645 m 2. There are provided three underground floors two of which are underground garage and on the remaining floor it is planned organization of service for hospital. Floor number of the object lies between P+1 to P+6. Underground garage is planned as garage with one floor. Total area of underground garage is 3.600 m 2. Object in which is planned setting of Hyperbaric cells is positioned near to hospital, southward from eastern wing with direction of spreading toward sea. Total space of the aerial part of object for setting of the barokomor is cca 1.550 m 2. Underground garage has total capacity of 120 garage places arranged in one underground floor. Floor number of the object lies between P to P+6.

Second unit includes high class hotel with 5 stars, which offers in its content program for relaxation of visitors, wellness and spa center, restaurants and all other necessary contents which offer to the guest top-level comfort. Total planned area of the hotel is 24.250 m 2. There are provided three underground floors in which are situated contents like: beauty farm/ SPA, underground garages and technical premises.

Third unit is provided for the western part of the complex and it includes more objects as Rent Apartment which will be offered to the market on the sale. MELJINE AREA

Fourth unit is botanical garden with an area of 30.000 m² which will be in function of all three previously mentioned unities and which will present special advantage of this complex compared with other (mainly town) health touristic centers. The vision of healthy physical and social environment which pervades planned complex provides exclusively pedestrian traffic in the zone of botanical garden, by which the garden is completely purified from car traffic and it offers to the visitors real green paradise near to the beach. Fifth, equally important segment is sandy beach which spreads along whole coast of the complex. (Cca 500 m). Total area of the planned beach is 13.500 m². Sandy beach in combination with skillfully conceived environment will additionally stimulate visitors to have a vacation because it will offer relaxation from massive concrete objects in completely natural environment. Supporting objects such as: restaurants, beach bars, wharves for boats and mini yachts and other beach material built from natural materials are provided within the beach.
