Specific panel topics are taken from ICAO s Circular on Operational Opportunities to Minimise Fuel Use & Reduce Emissions now in production and the Chapter headings indicated next to each panel s title reference that Circular. There will be 3 speakers on each panel, and ample time will be allowed in each session for the audience to engage in discussion of issues of particular interest with the panelists.
