One up to temperture, the lower will operte t the speed determined y the position of the lower kno (see the illustrtion elow). The lower will shut off one the ppline ools. OFF Turn the kno ll the wy ounterlokwise to turn off. HIGH Turn the kno lokwise from the off position until it liks. LOW Turn the kno ll the wy lokwise to turn to low. Instlltion Instrutions (All Exept Leyden, Aror, nd 1750) 1. Instll the stove legs or pedestl. Some older stoves hve knokouts t the ottom, rer of the stove. If present, remove the two rer lower knok-outs underneth the se (see the illustrtion elow). FRONT OF STOVE Older units my hve rer lower knok-outs - remove these if present. 2. Instll the snp disk ssemly. NOTE: For the Endevor nd Lierty follow step 2B. For ll other models, follow step 2A. 2A Instll the snp disk ssemly into the left side onvetion hmer following the diretions elow. Assemly Wedge the snp disk diretly in front of the stiffener on the left side. Ashlip Bend these legs on the snp disk if it does not fit tightly Twist the wires together nd feed them through the onvetion hmer nd out of the knokout removed in step 1. 2A Seure the snp disk wires in ple following the diretions elow. Go to step 3. Wires Wire Clip Slide the wire lip over the edge of the strip of metl etween the two knok-outs. Feed the two snp disk wires into the eye of the wire lip. Then refully remove ll slk from the wire, mking sure not to dislodge the snp disk. Pinh the eye of the wire lip to seure the wires. NOTE: The wires must e properly seured to prevent them from ontting the fireox nd shorting out the lower iruit. 2B (Lierty, Endevor only) Instll the snp disk ssemly inside the het shield following the diretions elow. Seure the snp disk wires in ple following the diretions elow. Hng the snp disk ssemly in the spe etween the stove nd rer het shield on the left side. Bend the legs of the ssemly to ensure tight fit. Wire Clip Wires Feed the snp disk wires through the hook on the wire lip. Then refully remove ll slk from the wire. Seure the snp disk wires in ple following the diretions elow. 3. Ple the lower ner the ottom rer edge of the stove. Atth the quik-onnets from the snp disk ssemly to the quik-onnets on the lower. Push ny slk wire into the lower ox. Atth the lower following the diretions elow. 4. Atth the rheostt nd rheostt mounting rket to the underside of the stove, ehind the left front leg. Mgnets hold it in ple. E ndevor & Lierty: F eed the two wires from the lower through this hole efore tthing the quik-onnets. All Other Models : Feed the wires diretly upwrds NOTE : Prior to tthing the lower, tuk ll exess wire into the re inside the lower. Atth the quik-onnets leding from the s np dis k to the quik-onnets from the lower. The lower tthes to the stove with the three inluded srews. Use 3/8 soket driver or wrenh. HINT: Atth the srews to the k of the stove prior to tthing the lower. This will ut the threds nd ese instlltion. Plug the power ord into 110 V. outlet fter instlling the lower. Leyden nd Aror Instlltion Instrutions (Rev 005 or Lter See Note Below) NOTE: If you hve Leyden or Aror Rev 004 or erlier (lst uilt in July, 2010), you will need to slide the inluded snp disk into the onvetion hmer ehind the flue nd route the wire externlly to the lower. The following instrutions re for Leyden nd Aror wood stoves with the uilt in thermodisk (seril # 1110-009120 or greter for Leyden, seril # 1307-003086 or greter for Aror). Disrd the snp disk tht is inluded with the lower. Remove the two over pltes on the k of the stove. Route the wires from the lower through the onvetion hnnel, through the ess holes nd tth to the uilt-in snp disk s shown to the left. (NOTE: The grommets re ut to llow the quik-onnets to pss through.) Pull the slk out of the wire nd reple the over pltes to onel the wiring.
