Built atop an archipelago of 14 islands amid a surfeit of waterways and green spaces, central Stockholm is jampacked with nature and urban delights alike. Upon arrival, enjoy a rejuvenating rest at your hotel.

DAY 2 STOCKHOLM KARLSTAD Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner This morning, embark on a tour to the oldest part of the city, an island called Gamla Stan or old town in Swedish. Start your exploration with a visit to City Hall. Apart from the numerous rooms, you will set your eyes on the glorious Golden Hall, venue of the annual Nobel Prize Dance. The Blue Hall, with its great staircases inspired by Doge s Palace in Venice, is where the Nobel Dinner is held. Stroll through the picturesque old town to admire its cluster of beautifully preserved old buildings and narrow streets which formed the city during the 16th to 18th centuries. In the late afternoon, transfer to Karlstad for your overnight stay. Located on Vanern, Sweden s largest lake, this city is home to the country s 2ndlargest lake port. DAY 3 KARLSTAD OSLO Bid farewell to Sweden as you cross over to Norway, a rugged and mysterious country with its landscape comprising vast swathes of blue glaciers, dramatic peaks and deep fjords. Spend the day in Oslo, the capital city of Norway and one of the oldest capital cities in Scandinavia. Delve deep into the culture and history of Norway as you embark on a city tour around Oslo, which will kick off with a photo stop at Akershus Fortress and Harbourfront. This medieval castle, located strategically at the tip of the headland, was completed at the turn of the 13th century and has withstood several sieges over the years. Today, the fortress area is often used as the backdrop for celebrations and events. Next, proceed to Viking Ship Museum, where you will learn more about the epic seafaring history of the Vikings. Come face-to-face with the displays of a trio of gigantic Viking vessels, Oseberg, Gokstad and Tune, which were discovered in royal burial mounds in the Oslo fjord. DAY 4 OSLO LAERDAL This morning, leave Oslo through Valdres to Fagernes and move on to Tyin. From there, overlook Filefjell with its fine views as you descend to Laerdal. On the way, make a stop at the traditional Borgund Stave Church, one of the most distinctive Norwegian stave churches. Some of the finest features are the lavishly carved portals and the roof carvings of dragons' heads. The stave churches are Norway's most important contribution to world architecture and Norway's oldest preserved timber buildings. DAY 5 LAERDAL GUDVANGEN SOGNEFJORD FLAM

Today, board the cruise from Gudvangen to see Sognefjord. With its snow-clad summits juxtaposed against narrow alleys and dramatic waterfalls, let the gorgeous views make your hearts flutter. Next, journey on to fascinating Flam. If you are in the mood for more discovery, hop on board Flam Railway at your own expense, where the unforgettable journey between high mountains and the fjord makes for one scenic affair to remember. DAY 6 FLAM BERGEN This morning, make your way to Bergen via Voss, the capital of Norway during the 12th and 13th centuries and the early 17th century. En route, make a stop at Tvindefossen, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Norway. Upon arrival in atmospheric Bergen, view Hakon s Hall, the largest and most imposing building of the royal residency in the 13th-century, and shop for freshly boiled shrimps at the popular Fish Market. DAY 7 BERGEN BRURAVIK BRIMNES GEILO After breakfast, depart Bergen and embark on a scenic drive towards Geilo. Try not to doze off on your journey as you will not want to miss the moment of crossing the Hardanger Bridge, Norway s longest suspension bridge that links Bruravik to Brimnes. Then, continue on your journey along charming valleys before arriving in Geilo for your overnight stay. DAY 8 GEILO OSLO COPENHAGEN Breakfast/Cruise Buffet Dinner This morning, make your way back to Oslo. Spend some time at leisure before you board an overnight cruise to Scandinavia s largest and liveliest city Copenhagen, capital of Denmark and burial place of Hans Christian Andersen, renowned children s author. Note Timing of cruise buffet dinner is subject to change without prior notice. DAY 9 COPENHAGEN

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Upon arrival in Copenhagen, pay homage to the resplendent Danish sights by embarking on a sightseeing tour which includes a visit to Amalienborg Palace, which is the winter home of the Danish royal family. View the fabled Little Mermaid bronze sculpture by Edvard Eriksen which has emerged over time as icon and embodiment of the spirit of Copenhagen. The sculpture has been set on a rock just off the shore since 1913 and is inspired by one of Hans Christian Anderson s fairytales. See also the magnificent Gefion Fountain, the largest monument in Copenhagen and used by many as a wishing well. Drive around Nyhavn which means new harbour, one of the most famous entertainment streets in Copenhagen. Then, spend the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure. May we suggest you visit Stroget, a pedestrian precinct bustling with activities, shops and many open-air cafes and Tivoli Gardens at your own expense, Copenhagen s most popular amusement park that has earned rave reviews for its fine selection of entertainment and restaurants. DAY 10 COPENHAGEN NORTH ZEALAND COPENHAGEN Breakfast Today, take an excursion to North Zealand, just north of Copenhagen, is a land of kings, castles and beaches. The area not only has three magnificent royal castles but offers resorts with sandy beaches, as well as lakes and unspoiled forests. You will visit one of the famous castles Kronborg Castle, gatekeeper of the Baltic Sea and the home of Shakespeare s Hamlet. It is probably the most famous Danish castle, know worldwide from Shakepeare s Hamlet and in 2011, Kronborg Castle became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. DAY 11 COPENHAGEN SINGAPORE Breakfast/Meals on Board If time permits, of course there is always last-minute shopping before bidding farewell to Copenhagen as you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
