Rental Policy All equipment is clean, sanitized and table-ready. CHINA, GLASSWARE, & SILVERWARE ARE TABLE READY READY TO USE. Renter is responsible for all rental items the entire time out. An additional charge will be due for items returned not rinsed completely free of food. Please repack rental items in original containers in the same manner it was received to expedite the counting process and to avoid labor charges. Delivery and pick-up service is available. Charges based on distance. Delivery charges are base partially upon the community where the delivery will be made, the on-site location (i.e. ground floor or otherwise, loading dock, or down a number of hallways, etc.), the timing of the delivery or pickup (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM -3:00 PM Saturday or after hours) as well as other factors. We prefer to deliver a day or more in advance of your event. This allows you time to get things ready for your event without too much pressure and allows us to serve all of our customers needs. If we deliver early to suit our schedule, there are no additional rental charges for you to have the equipment for the additional time. We normally prefer to pickup the day after your event. Delivery is to the ground floor or garden within a reasonable distance of the loading area. Delivery does not include set-ups or breakdowns. Through prior arrangements, this service is available for an additional charge. Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of pick-up. Equipment is to be carefully prepared, free of debris, clean, dry, containerized, stacked and ready for pick-up in the same area as delivery or there will be additional charges. Equipment is usually picked up or returned the day after the social event (excluding Sundays and holidays.) One-half of the rental fee will be incurred each day that equipment is not prepared for pick-up. Linens must be returned dry to prevent mildew and irreparable damage. Do not pack wet linens in plastic bags, as mildew will set in less than two hours. Be careful with candle wax, as it can permanently damage linens. Please do not launder linens. If linen is lost, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge. Extra or replacement charges will be made to repair damages due to negligence, abuse, loss, misuse, overload or failure to clean. Renter is responsible for checking the accuracy of shipment. Your signature means you agree with the quantity. Any missing items will be charged to you. A security deposit is generally required for china, silverware, and glassware. This deposit is in addition to the rental charges and will be refunded by check within 14 business days after the equipment has been returned. The cost of any missing, damaged or dirty items, including lost packing containers, will be deducted from the deposit. While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended in order to secure the items you want. Nothing is reserved until a 25% nonrefundable deposit and all customer information is received. The remaining balance will be due at time of delivery. If the item you want is not listed, please call our office to inquire about it. Our inventory changes almost daily. Tent rentals require a deposit which is 25% of the rental. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel any order. A deposit on a tent guarantees your reservation

A 132 round table cloth is generally used on tables measuring six feet in diameter and covers to the floor. A table that size seats eight to ten guests set for a full dinner. A 120 round table cloth is generally used on tables measuring five feet in diameter and covers to the floor. A table that size seats six to eight guests set for a full dinner. A 108 round table cloth is generally used on tables measuring four feet in diameter and covers to the floor. A table this size can be used for cocktails where guests may be seated, guest sign in, a sweetheart table, etc. As a guest table, it seats four to six people set for a full dinner. A 96 round table cloth is generally used on tables measuring three feet in diameter and covers to the floor. A table this size is generally used for cocktails or café seating. A 90 round table cloth is generally used on tables measuring two and a half feet in diameter and covers to the floor. A table this size is not for seating guests but can be used during a cocktail reception. A banquet table that is six feet in length will be covered to the floor by a cloth measuring 90 x 132. A banquet table that is eight feet in length will be covered to the floor by a cloth measuring 90 x 156. Banquet tables that are either a six or eight feet in length can be topped with a 60 x 120 cloth, meaning the cloth simply covers the tabletop. In this case, most people choose to add a table skirt for a more finished look. Skirting can be used to surround the circumference of a round table, cover all sides of a rectangular or square table, or any variable number of sides. What you are planning to use the table for, is most often what determines how much skirting you will need. A banquet table measuring six feet in length will be covered, to the floor, by a cloth that is 90 x 132. Linens used as Overlays sized 82 x 82, 72 x 72, or 54 x 54 work for a table of this size. A banquet table measuring eight feet in length will be covered, to the floor, by a cloth that is 90 x 156. Linens used as Overlays sized 90 x 90, 82 x 82, 72 x 72, or 54 x 54 work for a table of this size. To cover only the top of a table measuring either six or eight feet in length, you would order a cloth that is 60 x 120 or 70 x 120, respectively. Overlay cloths that can be used as substitutions for these larger cloths are two 72 x 72 or two 54 by 54. A round table measuring five or six feet in diameter, or a high cocktail table, will be covered, to the floor, by a cloth that is either 120 round or 132 round, respectively. Linens used as Overlays sized 82 x 82, 72 x 72, 54 x 54, or 90 round, 96 round, 108 round work on tables of this size. A round table measuring three or four feet in diameter will be covered, to the floor, by a cloth that is either 96 round or 108 round, respectively. Linens used as Overlays sized 72 x 72 or 54 x 54 work on tables of this size. A 90 x 90 overlay is large enough to cover a table that measures eight feet in length. It is too large for a table that measures six feet in length. Overlays sized 82 x 82 and 72 x 72 are most commonly used to create a double layered look on larger guest tables or banquet tables measuring six or eight feet in length. A 54 x 54 overlay is used mainly for tables that measure three or four feet in diameter. Tables of that size are most often cocktail or café tables.
