Case Studies Royal Australian Navy United States Navy Royal New Zealand Navy Where When Global January 2000 - ongoing Toll Remote Logistics entered into the Standing Offer for Navy Port and Agency Services (SONPAS) agreement to provide port agency services for the Royal Australian Navy in unsupported ports in Australia and Asia-Pacific. A port coordinator travels to the location prior to arrival to carry out detailed planning and preparation. The Toll Port Coordinator ensures that all supplies and subcontractors are ready and liaises with local port authorities in order to ensure the visit runs smoothly. Throughout the visit, port coordinators are on-hand to meet changing needs with a combination of flexibility to respond quickly and experience to proactively manage potential situations before they arise. Since entering into the SONPAS agreement in January 2000, Toll Remote Logistics has provided port logistics services for port visits everywhere from Vizag to Vancouver and from Vava u to Vladivostok. The services provided cover the full scope of requirements from the provision of pilots, tugs and berths for vessels to providing provisions, location briefing and tourism activities for the crew. Where Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands When 1996-2011 2013 - ongoing Toll Remote Logistics has been supporting United States Navy (USN) vessels in the South Pacific since 1996. In 2013, the USN selected Toll to continue supporting their needs due to our corporate governance, transparency and our adherence to the UK Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy - the toughest Anti-Corruption Legislation in the world. With full transparency and flexibility to meet the needs of USN vessels with up to 5,000 crew calling into foreign ports each with their own specific set of challenges and obstacles. Most recently, Toll has provided port services in Sydney, Honiara and Townsville. Toll Remote Logistics sends dedicated port coordinators to each port visit to coordinate planning and preparations, liaise with port authorities, procure supplies and being on hand throughout the entire visit to ensure the vessel s needs are met. Where When Global 2014 - ongoing Toll Remote Logistics commenced support for the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) vessels since 2014. With a diverse fleet comprising of 3600 tonne frigates to 150 tonne patrol vessels with 1,900 navy personnel, Toll provides full port and vessel husbandry services to ports outside of New Zealand. Most recently, Toll has provided port services to HMNZS Canterbury in various Australian ports and in August will support the navy at RIMPAC 2014 in Hawaii. Toll Remote Logistics also has the contract to support the entire New Zealand Defence Force outside of New Zealand from contingency & sustainment Logistics to fuel procurement. Toll has and continues to support navies from India, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and France as required for port visits throughout the Asia- Pacific region.
