MEET OUR TEAM MEET THE TEAM Our Business Events team, led by Melissa Couch, will book your event at Heritage Queenstown. We complete all the contracting and coordinating you require for your booking. Your Event Coordinator will discuss venue options, menu selection, audio visual equipment needs and develop your event run-sheet. During the course of the event your coordinator will ensure that the transition between each phase of your event runs with ease. The Banquet team is led by Alexandra Lemken and the Chef team, who will provide all your meals during your break out sessions. Our Food & Beverage Attendants will greet you in the morning, reconfirm details for the day, provide you with the Health & Safety brief and be on hand throughout the course of your event. This team will also re-set your room during the breaks and are always on hand to help you with your event. THE QUEENSTOWN REGION Queenstown is a growing alpine resort town set alongside the shores of Lake Wakatipu, a destination for world-class skiing on any number of fields during the winter months, and picture postcard views any time of the year.
