VATAME Quarterly Report Q4 2014 Dear VATAME members, Thank you for taking a moment to review this report. Our Region is going through times of major changes, and some of you may have seen that we are still having major issues finding reliable staff. Human force is a key factor with organizations like VATSIM. When it comes to activity, we rely on the end user that dedicates his free time to push activity and events into the network. As a region director, I was trying to initiate a quick and efficient move Merging Africa with zero obstacles. This intention failed. It failed because the only way to initiate such a move is by slowly gathering members that will stick around for couple of years to come. As 2014 ends, I would hope to see more and more members taking part and helping us to build Africa. Please stay tuned for updated about Africa. I would like to thank Mr. Almog Atar, VATIL1. Almog is leaving us by the end of March. We are searching for candidates. Regards, Amir Paz, VATAME1. a.paz@vatsim.net www.vatame.net

Membership management is not available for VATME, and membership director can not modify users requests for change division or vacc or another membership issues. As you know divisions have a membership team and it is impossible for VATME to create this group. The reason is lack of access to CERT for this part of division. Network SUP count is not suitable for conflicts and it seems we need more SUPs for whole of VATSIM. Sometimes, there is not any available SUP. Shahin Najafi VATME Director Jan 12, 2015
