Self-inflating Foam Mattress USER MANUAL PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS MANUAL COMPLETELY BEFORE USE.
Warning & Safety Information Keep the mattress well away from naked flames and sharp objects. DO NOT jump onto the mattress, this may damage it and void warranty. Only use the mattress for its intended purpose, which is to relax or lay on it. Setup the mattress on a flat surface. Mattress is not suitable for use in water. DO NOT bend or twist the mattress in any way, other than folding it with the screw caps open. DO NOT jam anything inside the air caps. DO NOT machine wash. DO NOT wring or spin. DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT iron. Washing & Storing Instructions 1. Remove Mattress from rolled up position and let the mattress inflate. Retighten valve caps. 2. Using mild soapy lukewarm water wipe down the mattress. 3. Allow it to air dry in the shade. 4. Store unrolled with the valve caps open. NOTE: Leaving the mattress deflated and rolled up for long periods of time will shorten the mattresses life span. Avoid packing away the mattress if wet. If the mattress has been stored wet, open it at as soon as possible to stop any chance of mould or mildew growing. 2
INSTRUcTIONS - SET Up 1. Pull your mattress out of the carry bag in a suitable open space. Unclip the 3 clips (shown left) and roll the mattress out so it is fully unfolded and flat. 2. Your mattress will now look like this and it s time start the inflation process. Start by unscrewing the 4 caps found on the (logo) end of the mattress. Ensure they re fully unscrewed and the holes are open for air to enter. Keep the caps open until the mattress is fully inflated. NOTE: Your air mattress will come vacuum sealed to reduce the packaging size. Please allow 2 hours for first inflation. After the first use, allow 5-10 minutes to inflate for each use. 3. Once the mattress is inflated tighten the air caps firm enough that air won t escape. DO NOT overtighten them! 3
INSTRUcTIONS - pack Up 1. Start by unscrewing all of the air caps on your Adventure Kings self-inflating foam mattress. 2. Lay your air mattress straps on the ground flat so they are in easy reach to wrap around the mattress. 3. Fold the mattress in half in the direction pictured below. NOTE: Steps 3, 4 and 5 are recommended to be done with 2 people. 4. Tightly roll the mattress up in the direction towards the air caps. Ensure to roll it up tightly and slowly so you can get as much of the air out as possible. Once you ve reached the end, promptly tighten all the air caps to ensure the mattress doesn t re-fill with air and expand. 5. Place the straps around the mattress and clip them in place. Using the loose ends, tighten the straps to your desired tension and place it in the carry bag. 4
12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY WARRANTY PERIOD: Full 12 month warranty from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER? Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers: a. Any defect in design or manufacture which results in the product failing to perform substantially as described in authorised advertising or literature. b. We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion providing that the fault is found to have been caused by a design or manufacturing defect and not misuse or tampering. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits provided to you as the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: a. Any damage resulting from improper use b. Faulty installation or modification made during installation c. The cost of removing and reinstalling the product d. Travel and /or other expenses due to customer s remote location e. Transport charges and damage in transit. It is your responsibility to deliver and pick up your product, including any costs associated with the postage of your repair or replacement product. If you do freight your product we recommend that you insure against loss or damage. f. Any loss directly or indirectly associated with the product failing to operate. g.
