Ongoing Formation and Support for Clergy 2014

Dear Friends, I am delighted to introduce this year s programme of events which has been organised by Ongoing Formation & Support for the Clergy. I am grateful to those who have suggested suitable clergy days and to Karen and her team for organising the events. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend last year s retreat in Wistaston Hall or conference in Hothorpe Hall. It made me appreciate all the more those precious times which we spend together praying, studying, learning, and enjoying one another s company. I hope that everyone will make a special effort to take part in the retreat, conference, and as many of the clergy days as they can. In the world in which we live, it is particularly important that we support each other as well as continue our human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral formation, which we can do by gathering for our retreat, conference and clergy days. With my prayers and every good wish for you and your parishioners, Right Reverend Malcolm McMahon OP Bishop of Nottingham
