Payments: CERVINIA, ITALY 2017 GENERAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS. Reservations will not be accepted unless accompanied by a check for $500 as a deposit. Deposit is fully refundable up to October 01, 2017. Trip must be paid in full by no later than November 01, 2017. Package prices Package prices are based on group rates with minimum 20 full paying passengers. Should group fall below 20 passengers, a transfer supplement of $79 p/person may apply. The US Chefs Ski Club and their agents will not be responsible for denied boarding for a non-valid passport, or if you forget to bring it or lose it on the trip. Your passport should be valid for more than six months before you would be allowed to enter a foreign destination. If you need to renew your passport or apply for the first time, you can consult the U.S. Department of State's travel website (travel.state.gov). BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE Emirates allows 2 free pieces of luggage, with a maximum of 23kgs per piece. Ski bags can be accepted as one of your 2 pieces of luggage. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Information on travel insurance will be provided after receipt of your deposit. It has made the travel arrangements as agents for the transportation carrier and other suppliers of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors. We assume no responsibility for the negligent acts and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents or representatives. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by these independent contractors and we will make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike or force majeure.
