Scope of work: 1. Re-validation of VeriSign s SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) GSID (Global Server Identification) certificate minimum 128 bit inscription (for 2 years for 2 nos. web servers) 2. Other connected works, including liasioning with the concerned Departments/ Organizations as per requirement. 3. Display of VeriSign Secured seal on AAI EDI e- commerce website. 4. To keep business identity and domain ownership. 5. Vulnerabilities assessment and daily website scanning. 6. To protect website from hackers. 7. Onsite support and installation. 2. Original Equipment Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, Distributer, and Supplier are required to submit their offer in two sealed cover namely: Envelop A Technical bid & Envelop B Financial Bid. a. Envelop A:(Technical Bid) Following documents should be submitted along with Technical Bid. (Envelope-A) 1. Self-attested copy of authorized dealership/distributors certificate from OEM. 2. Self-attested copy of PAN card. 3. Self-attested copy of service tax and VAT. 4. Acceptance of all terms & condition unconditionally as per Annexure -1. If the firm is not submit all of the above documents their offer will be summarily rejected and envelop B will not be opened. b. Envelop B: (Financial Bid) 1. Payment: Payment shall be made after completion of entire supply and acceptance after successful testing of the items on production of bill in triplicate. 5. Security Deposit: 10% of the total bill amount shall be deducted as Security Deposit and will be refunded only after completion of defects liability period of One Year. 6. Liquidate damage: If the work is delayed beyond the completion period, penalty/ Compensation for delay will be levied at the rate of 1% of total contract value for every week of delay subject to a maximum of 10% of the contract value. 7. Quotation will be opened on the prescribed date & time in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. 8. AAI will not be responsible for delay in submission of quotation sent by post. 9. AAI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the quotations received in this regard without assigning any reasons what so ever. 10. Sales Tax/VAT or any other Tax in respect of this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Airports Authority of India will not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect. 11. In case of any dispute the decision of ED (AS), AAI, R G Bhawan, New Delhi-110003is final and binding on both the parties.
