The itinerary includes the Rainforest Ecological Train. This excursion can be combined with the water adventure rides and photo safaris which are available optionally within the National Park. (The optional excursions are not included) Lower Walkway: This 1200m circular walkway provides views of most parts of the falls, facing them and from below, at distances ranging from wide panoramic views from afar of the Devil's Throat and the Brazilian falls, to spectacular close-up vantage points where visitors, if they so desire, can enjoy the sideways rain of Bosetti Falls. The duration of this walk is approximately 2 hours. It has a high level of difficulty because of the number of stairs. Upper Walkway: The total walking length is 1300 metres (out and back). The elevated walkways go over the fall lines of several of the principal falls, reaching their edges. It provides an overall panorama from a higher vantage point. The duration of this walk is 1 hour, and out of the three traditional itineraries, it is the one that requires the least physical effort. This walkway has no stairs to climb. Devil's Throat: The Devil's Throat is reached by taking the Rainforest Ecological Train and getting off at the Devil s Throat Station. From the station, it is a 1100m stroll on the new walkway up to the wide balconies alongside and facing the Devil's Throat. The duration of this walk is approximately 2 hours. This walkway has no stairs to climb. Visiting hours of the Park are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 1 April and 31 August, and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. the rest of the year.

At the end of the walk, there is a panoramic elevator leading to the bus that takes visitors back to the entrance gate. This excursion can be combined with a visit to Itaipú, the world's largest hydroelectric dam. During the excursion at the Brazilian Falls, it is possible to take optional excursions such as rafting and helicopter flights. (The optional excursions are not included.) CRUISES ON THE UPPER PARANA (Argentina) ARS $115.00 -Catamaran ride -Live show during the cruise Daily departures starting 5.30 p.m. and returning at 8 p.m. The cruise starts on the Iguazu River and proceeds to the Parana River up to the indigenous community of Puerto Bertoni. There, the visitors watch from the deck of the catamaran while the Guaranis perform the Fertility Ritual. On the return leg, a musical show is performed aboard the catamaran.
