If Caledonian were to cancel a tour, the cost of the waiver will also be refunded. No refund will be paid in case of no-shows or cancellations occurring after tour has commenced. Please be aware that recovering fees paid to vendors for each individual tour is a time-consuming process one that Caledonian pursues diligently whenever the need arises.
