The exhibitors badge do not entitle to participate in Congress Sessions. Please note that during the exhibition (7-10 September 2016) the city transport in Poznan (trams and busses) will be free for FDI 2016 exhibitor s name badge holders (the badge must include first name and last name of the holder)

Car entry through the main gate to the fairgrounds from Śniadeckich Str. will be opened daily from 7:00 till 20:00 (exceptionally till 21.00 on September 7 due to opening Ceremony) All car passengers entering exhibition grounds must present entry badges or free entry visitors card. Cards can be purchased onsite - at the main car entry gate (Western Entrance from Śniadeckich Str.). Leaving a vehicle on the venue (MTP grounds) for the night is forbidden and will result in wheel clamping and a penalty of 200 PLN +VAT). A penalty for breach of order shall not be invoiced. Exhibition Reception (Organisers office) Located in exhibition pavilion no 7 (see the map on last page) and will be available on September 5 th 6 th from 7.30 20.00 and on September 7 th -10 th during the exhibition opening hours. Exhibition pavilions will be opened from 7.00 a.m. till 20.00 Due to arrangement of the exhibits any messy works such as cutting, sawing, drilling etc. are strictly prohibited Extending of the pavilions working hours by stand constructor or exhibitors staff during stand construction, exhibitor s day and dismantling time will be charged with 100 EUR + 23% VAT per each additional hour commenced. Leaving a vehicle on the venue (MTP grounds) after pavilions opening hours is forbidden and will result in wheel clamping and a penalty of 200 PLN +VAT. It may begin at the earliest in 2 hours after the exhibition has been closed for visitors. In case the Exhibitor or the provider of construction services exceeds the pavilions regular operation time, the additional fee will be charged per each commenced working hour. 2

All furniture and services orders will be accepted according to their availability. Services ordered on-site are subject to the immediate payment. Any complaints must be submitted in writing immediately or at the latest while the exhibition is in progress, the Organiser will not consider complaints at a later date. Free entry visitors pass The entry to the exhibition will be free after on-line visitor s registration at the congress website. After this date the entry to the exhibition is subject to on-site registration in Eastern and Western entrance to the fairgrounds. Photocopying services Will be available in Exhibition Reception in Pavilion 7 Security The Exhibition area is guarded by MTP services. The pavilions are locked and sealed for the night. Opening of the pavilion after sealing is possible only in exceptional situations with the Presence or Organizers and security representatives and will be charged with 150 EUR net. Insurance We remind you about necessity of insurance at your own. Each exhibition company should possess the third party liability insurance. Exhibitors representative should possess the copy of third party liability insurance certificate. Traffic regulations on the venue grounds Exhibition and stand setup The vehicles may not be left on the trade fair grounds: during the exhibition period after 20.00 p.m.(after 21.00 on September 7 th -due to Opening Ceremony ) during the assembly and dismantling period after midnight. Leaving a vehicle on MTP grounds beyond the aforesaid time limits will result in wheel clamping and a penalty of 200 PLN (net). A penalty for breach of order will not be invoiced. Vehicle entry rules on the last day the exhibition and dismantling period In an attempt to assist you in the pull-down phase when the events have ended, the organizers would appreciate it if you could align your transportation needs to the vehicle entry principles outlined below: 1. As on the other days of the venue, exhibitors cars may enter the fairgrounds on 10 September against permanent entry passes (enter only for cars). 2. Entry onto the fairgrounds in order to collect the exhibits, materials, elements of buildings etc. will be organized by the Traffic Police right after 18.30. 3. Vehicles awaiting in the car park in Matejki Street 63 (P6) will be allowed onto the fairgrounds first - see the map. The traffic on the MTP grounds will be one-way until the end of the day. 4. The waiting area will be available free of charge from 7.00 on 10 September 10 th. 5. We would appreciate it if you refrained from using large-size vehicles on September 10 th. The only vehicle types allowed are: trucks with a payload capacity of up to 8 tons and length up to 8 m, without trailers; delivery vans cars 6. Large trucks, trucks with trailers, other large-size and special purpose vehicles will be allowed onto the fairgrounds through the 1 gate in Śniadeckich Street from 6.30 on September 11 th. We are convinced that the above principles will help all of you to efficiently move around the fairgrounds and will help you to quickly and efficiently pull down the exhibitions. Your cooperation in this respect will definitely contribute to the elimination of any problems that may arise. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE SMALL EXHIBITS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT THE STANDS AND IN THE VEHICLES, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE DISMANTLING PHASE BEGINS.
