THE ULTIMATE PERUVIAN RAILWAY EXPERIENCE TRAINS MAGAZINE TOUR Parts 1 & 2 Sept 25 - Oct 5, 2017 ITINERARY

PART ONE Sept 25th-29th The FCCA Charter Travel the Andes Mountains, traversing 58 bridges, 69 tunnels, and 13 zig zags, - all on an exclusive, private charter. Special Interest Tours and Trains Magazine are teaming up with the FCCA (Ferrocarril Central Andino) to offer this VIP experience, an exclusive tour with railroad photography opportunities that cannot be duplicated. The FCCA charter will journey on segments of track that are NOT available to the public, and travel at a pace for guests to fully appreciate the FCCA route. The FCCA is said to be the highest and hardest, and one of the railway wonders of the world. To see it from the inside, at this pace, is an unprecedented, exclusive opportunity for train enthusiasts, and a once in a lifetime trip. This is truly a dream train tour. The trip includes time with Jim Wrinn, editor of Trains Magazine, FCCA chairman Juan Olaechea and Henry Posner III, chairman of Railroad Development Corp., and a member of the Trains Magazine 75 noteworthy people in railroading.

Our charter will include open cars at the back of the train for excellent viewing and photography opportunities. Not only will the train make photography stops along the journey, but guests will also have the option of chasing the train on our private coach bus for additional photography opportunities.
