Lizze and Annie will wear work boots when setting up the area as to ensure as much grip as possible. Will warn all guests that ground is slippy - use signs. Will make sensible call on wether it is possible to go ahead. HIGH Have weather protection for equipment. Golf Umbrellas, Christi Projector will be under gazebo, all power sockets will be bagged in case of rain. If it is forcast to or starts unexpectedly throwing it down, event will be postponed. HIGH

Also no candles. Make sure all flats are properlly secured with the weights and poles and positioned on flat ground. Make sure screen is secure using sandbags. Keep watch over all potential risks for any movement over the evening. One flat has a window in it. Window is fully secured. Will be extra cautious about placing said flat, alos will secure extra weights and keep a good eye on it.
Cabeling Everyone Minimal Unlikely Smoke/fog effects Everyone Minimal Unlikely Transportation Annie, Lizzie Serious Unlikely Cables will be ran from room 2 of the West House halls, as well as the out door power point. For any exposed cables we will secure them in foot fall trunking. Smoke machine is water vapour based so not a choking hazard, however may impair vision so will only be used when people are sat down watching film. Have hired a van as to use a practical source of transportation for the large elements of set. Lizzie has experience driving vans and therefore is confident in one. Will take caution when driving as always do.
