Mystère will welcome all guests thru the main entrance in the Lobby where they will get their first taste of this historic home. The Grand Staircase will lead them to the top floor or simply look forward into the expanse of this elegant mansion. Forward and to the left, we will open the Grand Parlor and Great Hall areas completely for your guests. In the Canal Street side of the Grand Parlor, we can provide a riser for a band to play on. Since the building has hidden speakers throughout, we can play the band and announcements throughout the property tying all areas together. In addition, there are video screens throughout the property that can also be utilized to show company logos, messages, or live cameras images for guests to see. In front of the riser, we can provide a large dance floor with lighting for those who want to kick off their shoes and dance the night away. Across in the Great Hall is a custom hand built vintage wooden bar. This 30 foot bar can service many guests and is ready to go with a full array of premium traditional cocktails. Additional bars can be located upstairs in the Red Theatre and outside in the Courtyard. High top tables can be available for distribution wherever you wish throughout the property for your guests. New Orleans cuisine is a must at an event such as this. We ll celebrate the varied ethnic groups who contributed to our multicultural Cajun-Creole cuisine. Pigeon is a family owned full service catering company, that has successfully operated throughout the Greater New Orleans area and surrounding parishes for more than a decade. One of a kind chef executed menus are prepared using only the freshest ingredients. For example, in a Haunted Mansion themed event, vintage ghostly characters can interact and entertain your guests. Our ghost host, Lord Ravencroft in full costume (tall top hat and cane) can lead your guests in a saucy back and forth banter as he introduces himself and the property to your guests and serves as your Master of Ceremonies. The Séance Chamber can also be available for simulation experiences, but are limited to 13 guests every 6 minutes.
