7 th BME CHINA SOURCING CONFERENCE ISF SHANGHAI ISF Introduction The International Sourcing Fair (Shanghai, China) is held annually in September. This reverse fair has featured a unique method of international buyers setting up booths and suppliers coming to negotiate since 2002 to accelerate the development of the international sourcing service chain. Through 10 years of development, ISF China has become the largest and the highest level reverse sourcing fair in China. 2011 Review A total of 310 international buyers from 32 nations and regions, participating as exhibitors, presented their procurement items at the 2011 International Sourcing Fair (Shanghai, China). Meanwhile, over 6,000 international and domestic suppliers were attracted to attend the fair as trade visitors. Moreover, total purchasing reached 26 billion US dollars, covering 17 categories and 1,700 varieties. The success of the fair writes a new page in the history of the international sourcing service.
