Monroe 4104.09 Project: Reconstruct Route 104 (W. Ridge Road) in Greece- Phase II, Monroe County Start Date: October 2004 Scheduled Completion: Fall 2008 Project Limits/Description: This project will reconstruct Route 104 (Ridge Road) between the intersection at Elmgrove/N. Greece Road and NY 390. The existing pavement will be reconstructed and widened to accommodate three lanes of travel in both directions, with dedicated right turn lanes and a raised median.
