Ref.: Nomination to Supplier Trade Show on July 1st, 2015 at ICS Messe Stuttgart Dear Business Partner, as you are aware from previous communications, we will conduct the Bosch Supplier Trade Show under the motto Rock the Mobility Solutions on July 1 st, 2015 at the ICS Messe Stuttgart. This event is held together with the Bosch divisions Automotive Electronics, Chassis Systems Control and Car Multimedia. We are very happy to inform you, that we have nominated your company to become an exhibitor on our Trade Show. Target of the Trade Show is to impel early involvement and information exchange on innovative solutions and technology trends with you as a highly innovative supplier and Bosch associates from engineering, quality assurance, purchasing and other technical departments. Please display the broad range of your companies products and innovative technologies on the show including focus technologies requested by our preceding letter. For confidential topics a back room can be attached to your booth or booked separately. For the total of 75 exhibitors there will be a fully equipped exhibition hall available. Each supplier will be assigned a basic booth of 12 m 2. The booth can be designed and equipped individually at supplier s expense. Suppliers can bring their own equipment or rent it from our designated agency ATLAS SERVICE GmbH. There will be a limited option to expand booths up to a total of 24 m 2. Please confirm your final participation on the Trade Show by email to Bosch Mr. Djalma Goncalves and to Mr. Patrick Stecher latest by May 8 th, 2015.
By end of April we will open an online registration tool for final confirmation of participation. We will also provide further information about booths, contact to ATLAS SERVICE, rental price lists, etc. in the online tool. Your individual access code will be sent to you soon by separate email. Online Registration Participants and Staff Configuration of booth General Information For every supplier there will be a pre-installed booth of 3 x 4 m (12 m 2 ) including 2 white backwalls. This base area will be provided by Bosch and is free of charge. You can extend your exhibition space from 12 m 2 to 24 m 2 for the cost of EUR 960.00 net (availability is limited). Please note that you have to cover the costs for the booth equipment by yourself. Detailed information will be provided in the online registration tool.
