Majority of the airlines contacted stated their workers are temporarily laid off. Several expressed concern regarding reemployment services for workers considering furlough opposed to permanent lay-offf.? The State REACT staff is contacting the affected airlines' corporate headquarters to offer assistance for their Florida based workers. REACT will secure the names and numbers of the appropriate local contact persons to arrange rapid response services through the corporate office.
