Booth set-up and dismantling Registration times: Exhibitors are required to sign-in to collect their delegate bags and supporting material. Upon arrival, please proceed to the corresponding alphabetical stand at the following times: Monday: 19th September: 08:00-18:00 Tuesday: 20th September: 08:00-18:00 Wednesday: 21st September: 08:30-17:00 Thursday: 22nd September: 08:30-16:00 Booth set-up: Exhibitors can set up their booths earliest on Monday, September 19th, 15:30-18:00. The technical sessions start on Tuesday morning and conference attendees will go through the exhibit area to the conference rooms. Thus we recommend that the booths will be readily set up by Tuesday morning 8:30 h. The items that have been received already by the CCB are stored in a locked storage room. They will be provided at the exhibition booths on Monday 15:30 earliest. The exhibition area is not accessible prior to Monday 15:30! Page: 5

All booth materials need to be removed from the exhibit floor by 18:00 same day. Exhibitors must make arrangements and payment for shipping their boxes, call their shipping company (FedEx, DHL, etc) and arrange pickup at the CCB. No pickup fees can be paid by CCB or conference staff! All material needs to shipped out by Thursday, September 22 at 18:00. Pick-up address: see above. Page: 6
Exhibition Layout & exhibitor list Booth details: Booths include a table and 2 chairs as well as LED lighting, electrical power and wireless local area network, 3 Side walls of laminated panels, except for corner booths having 2 walls only. Booth dimensions: Space: 3 m width x 2 m deep. General information Exhibitors package: The exhibitors fee covers the following: Shell scheme booth Two complimentary Technical Registration badges Access to refreshments and collations served in exhibit area and offered by the exhibitors Coffee breaks from Tuesday through Thursday morning Lunches from Tuesday through Thursday Conference socials All exhibitors are required to wear their badges at all times. General terms: Exhibitors are able to arrange the space provided as long as the following are adhered to: Exhibitors should keep to their allocated spaces, encroaching into walkways or corridors is not permitted. The booth must not be modified in any way. The use of drawing pins, nails, staples or any other permanent fixture is not permitted. Should exhibitors wish to fix documents to the panel walls, sticky pads and tape or velcro fastener should be used; double- sided sticky tape is not permitted and stickytack does not work. Any damage to the panels or booth fixtures will be invoiced to the exhibitors with payment required within 30 days. Storage and liability: Articles of value can be stored overnight in a Iocked meeting room ("LONDON"). Exhibitors are asked however to insure all exhibit material against loss or damage. CCB/RADECS, the exhibit site and their officers, employees, agents, and representatives will not assume or otherwise be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to the exhibitor, the exhibitor s officers, employees, agents, or representatives or their property, however caused. General information Loss or Damage Because of the tremendous value and peculiar nature of the exhibits it is impractical for the conference site to insure any exhibitor s equipment against loss, theft, or damage and breakage. Therefore, the exhibit site, and their officers, employees, agents or representatives will not assume or otherwise be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to the exhibitor, the exhibitor s officers, employees, agents or representatives, or their property, however caused. In addition, the exhibitor must assume responsibility for property damage to the exhibit site and indemnity and hold harmless the exhibit site and RADECS for all liability that might arise out of the exhibit activities, whether or not such liability includes the sole or joint negligence or the sponsor from any cause whatsoever, including property damage, accidents, or injuries to exhibitors, their agents and employees, or to any member of the general public. In view of the foregoing, exhibitors should place such insurance as they deem necessary on their equipment and exhibits and are urged to extend their public liability insurance to cover this exhibit and the contractual liability assumed therewith. General information Exhibitors raffle: A raffle will be organized during the reception on Wednesday, September 22 nd after the lunch break. It is a fun social activity for attendees. Raffle prizes are supplied by the exhibitors. Exhibitors wishing to supply a gift for the raffle must inform the local event organizer by e-mail (Cristina Plettner, cristina.plettner@airbus.com) of their intent to do so by September 15 th. Details of the gift must also be supplied by this date. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting the gift to the reception. More prizes, more fun! Page: 14
