A unified economy Project goal: Unification of billing in city including city funded and fouded organizations; transparent use of city finances; simplification of work with information - accounting, orders, invoices, human resources; supervisor's position to see all financial data for individual organizations, including city itself. In addition, the selected and transparent organizational data via the direct link can easily be posted on the city's public information portal. Timing: start- january 2016 budgetary organizations; january 2017 ltd, c.o. Budget: own initial investment 200 th. = hardware, software, network; cost per year /50th. Red flags: speed internet connection, choice of universal accounting system, training of accountants, tenders, etc.
