All travel lanes open; concrete barriers in place along the shoulder in both directions through work zone. Stafford County I-95 Improving interchange at exit 140 (Courthouse Road). All travel lanes open; concrete barriers in place along the shoulder in both directions through work zone. Stafford County, City of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County I-95 Building three additional general purpose lanes on I-95 south from north of exit 133 in Stafford County to just south of exit 130 in Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County.
