The combined American + US Airways operations, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share with 49.8%, a decrease compared to 59.% in November 213. 1

Washington Dulles Airport Passenger Activity commercial passenger activity declined 1.7% in November 214. Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline Comments United 9.2% decrease in passenger activity Discontinued service to Salt Lake City in December 213; Albuquerque in April 214; Ft. Lauderdale in May 214; Binghamton in June 214; Miami and Colorado Springs in September 214; and New York JFK in November 214 Reduced service to Boston in December 213; St. Louis, Grand Rapids, and Hunstville in June 214; Cincinnati in July 214; Cleveland in September 214; and Buffalo, Dayton, Denver, La Guardia, Providence, Rochester, and San Francisco in November 214 Increased service to Columbia in January 214; San Antonio and Syracuse in March 214; and Albany in April 214 Frontier New service to Atlanta, Charlotte, Minneapolis, Orlando, and Tampa in August 214; Chicago O Hare, Cincinnati, Detroit, Ft. Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Las Vegas, Memphis, St. Augustine, and St. Louis in September 214; Cleveland in October 214; and West Palm Beach in November 214 Passenger Activity November 214 international commercial passenger traffic decreased 1.3%. Significant activity by carrier follows: Airline Comments United 1.3% decrease in passenger activity Increased service to Aruba, Cancun, Guatemala, Montego Bay, Punta Cana, and St. Maarten in March 214 Discontinued service to San Salvador in April 214, and temporarily discontinued service to Rome in November 214 for the winter season Reduced service to Canadian destinations, Amsterdam, Manchester, and Zurich in November 214 British Airways 29.2% increase due to aircraft up-gauging in March 214 TACA + Avianca 25.1% increase in passenger activity Increased service to San Salvador in March 214 Air China New Service to Beijing began June 214 Brussels Airlines Discontinued service for the winter season in October 214 United Airlines, including its regional affiliates, had the largest commercial passenger market share of 62.8%, a decrease compared to 68.2% in November 213. Cargo Activity For the month of November 214, total cargo decreased.9% at Dulles from a year earlier. cargo increased.3% due primary to an increase on United (8.6%). cargo decreased 1.4% due to declines mainly on British Airways (26.5%) and Etihad (29.8%), which were partially offset by increases on Austrian (47.9%), Saudi Arabian (8.3%), and new service by Air China. Baltimore-Washington Airport Current month commercial passenger activity vs. November 213 increased 1.1%. BWI passenger activity outpaced activity at Dulles by 138.3k commercial passengers (8.5%) and National by 68.7K passengers (4.1%). Southwest continues to have the largest passenger market share with 71.6%, up from 7.1% in November 213. Cargo activity at BWI totaled 8.2k metric tonnes, a 4.7% decrease from a year earlier. Activity on BWI s largest cargo carriers, FedEx and UPS, declined 9.1% and 9.2% respectively from November 213. 2
