FREE SINGAPORE TOUR (Jointly organized by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board and Changi Airport Group) About the Tour Q: Who can join the tour? A: Transit passengers who have at least 5.5 hours in transit in Singapore. Please be at the Free Singapore Tour registration booth at least 1 hour 15 min before the start of the tour. Eligibility to participate in the tour is subject to visa entry requirements stipulated by the Immigrations & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore. Please enquire at the Free Singapore Tour booth for more information. Q: Can passengers with reduced mobility join the tour? A: The tour is primarily a bus tour with two photo stops. Passengers can choose to alight or stay on board at the photo stops. Should they choose to alight, passengers with reduced mobility are advised to bring along their personal mobility aid if required. For wheelchair-bound passengers, they can join the tour with their own personal wheelchair and have at least one companion throughout the same tour. Q: Will I make it back to the airport in time for my flight? A: There are 6 tour timings to choose from. You should only participate in a tour if there is at least 2 hours between the end of the tour and your flight s departure time. Q: Can I join more than one tour during my transit in Singapore? A: Unfortunately, no, this is not allowed. Transit passengers are only allowed to enter and exit Singapore once during their layover period (as per guidelines stipulated by Immigration & Checkpoints Singapore). Therefore, passengers are not allowed to join more than 1 tour on the same journey as it involves entering/exiting Singapore more than once. Q: Where is the pick-up point for the tour? A: Please present your confirmation email at the Free Singapore Tour registration booth located at Level 2 of Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. It is advisable to be there at least one hour before the start of the tour. Details on the various tour stops can be found on the SIA website at http://www.singaporeair.com/freesingaporetour The tour itinerary is subject to changes.

BOOKING CUT-OFF Bookings can be made up to 72hours before passengers arrival into SIN. Bookings will be handled on request basis by Tradewinds after the 72hours cut-off. It is encouraged to book early to secure tour confirmation. 5. TRAVEL VOUCHER Passengers must be issued with an email confirmation indicating the date and time of the tour. Samples of email confirmation are shown in Annex C1 and Annex C2. Passengers are required to present the email confirmation to the representative at the Free Singapore Tour registration booth in the following locations, at least one hour and fifteen minutes prior to the start of the tour Terminal 2 In Transit Mall, between Transfer Lounge F and Skytrain to Terminal 3 near the escalator to Arrival Immigration Level 2 Terminal 3 In Transit Mall, near Transfer Lounge A - Gate A1 to A8 at Level 2

The confirmed reservation will be released in the event of any no-show within the stipulated reporting time. Passengers will only be accepted on the tour subject to space availability on a first come first serve basis. 6.
