1 Meet-and-Greet Information for Yale-NUS College EYW Participants Hi Participants of EYW, Welcome to Singapore! Yale-NUS College has engaged STA Travels and Changi Recommends to assist you the moment you touch down in Singapore. You will be greeted by our friendly and professional meet-and-greet chaperones when you arrive in Singapore Changi Airport. There are 4 terminals at Changi Airport, i.e. Changi Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4. The chaperones will guide you through immigration and show you to the luggage area where you will collect your luggage. They will also be directing you to the car park or bus bay where transport will be arranged for you to make your way to the Fort Canning Lodge/ YWCA. Our Meet and Greet Chaperones The Meet-and-Greet chaperones will be dressed in black, and they will holding a placard to greet you when you arrive. In the unlikely event the chaperones is not at the aerobridge to greet you upon arrival, please do not panic. Simply proceed to any of the Changi Recommends booth after you exit the immigration gates. The Changi Recommends booths are opened 24 hours at the Arrival and Departure Halls of all Terminals. The personnel in charge will inform the chaperones of your arrival, and they will pick you up at the booth. Again, all Changi Recommends booths are opened 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

5 Location of Changi Recommends Booth at Terminal 4 Please do not take the public transport [taxis or subway] to Fort Canning Lodge/YWCA on your own as transport has been arranged for you. The estimated time per departure per vehicle is between 10 minutes to 1 hours and 15 minutes. Your chaperone will bring you to your designated vehicle after you have cleared the immigration. 6 FAQs regarding the Meet and Greet Service 1] Does the Meet & Greet service entitle me to skip the queues? No, there are no express queues within Changi Airport. However, to ensure a smooth and efficient journey, you will be guided and escorted to the respective security checkpoints as required. NOTE: Due to tight airport security, our staff may not be able to follow you through certain security checkpoints (such as the immigration gates). Rest assured that you will be escorted there and briefed on what you need to do, and the concierge will wait for you at the other end of the checkpoint. 2] Are gratuities included? Yes, and there is no obligation to tip your concierge. 3] My flight is delayed. What should I do? Please proceed as usual. Your concierge will monitor the estimated time of Arrival and/or Departure (based on the flight details provided by you) and make the necessary changes (if any). You will not be penalized for lateness due to flight delays. 4] My flight was cancelled. What should I do?
