TGIF Willow Hill Winery Debbie Crall We had a great turnout at the Willow Hill Winery on Friday, June 10. Lots of additional friends attended to swell the crowd this year. Everyone arrived in time for the rain, but thanks to the huge umbrella at the winery, we all huddled together to keep the juices flowing. It actually got us all laughing and talking even louder. What fun! Then, we were off to the Curry s for hot dogs, more munchies, and marshmallow roasting. We all stayed inside until the rain subsided, and then we were all around the bon fire hooting and hollering. The only bad thing was the news that this is the last summer for the winery. The owners plan to retire. So, maybe we should do this again this summer/ fall??????? Sounds good to me! Katie Curry Mohican Camping Weekend July 29-31, 2005 Mark your calendars for this year's Mohican camping weekend. We will be staying at the Mohican Campground again this year. Page JULY 42005 THE INSIDE EDGE Page 4 Congratulations!!! Congratulations and best wishes go to Debbie Hall and Chris Crall who were wed on Saturday, May 14, 2005 aboard the Goodtime I sailing out of Sandusky, Ohio. With family and many friends in attendance, vows were exchanged on the upper deck at what would have been sunset had the groom to be not forgotten to factor in the one hour allowance for daylight saving time. During the ceremony, it seems that Debbie forgot how to speak and couldn t roll the word symbol off her tongue even after multiple attempts. With Deepest Sympathy Our hearts and our prayers go to Becky Cook and her family in the recent loss of her husband. Charles Vincent Cook, age 69, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at OSU Medical Center. Charles was a Veteran of the US Army, retired from the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation, and a member of the Elegent's Social Club. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Rebecca "Becky" Cook; daughter, Myla Lynn Cook; sons, Jeffrey Vincent and Mark Bryan Cook; granddaughters, Courtney Nicole and Taylor Lynn; grandsons, Corey Washington and Zachery Tyler; brother, Michael D. Cook; sisters. Beverley Jackson and Wanda Shank; cousin, Sherrill (Trudy) Singer and aunt, Wilmetta Singer. May God comfort and strengthen them in this time of sorrow. DID YOU KNOW????? Once Deb was finally able to complete a sentence and she and Chris were officially husband and wife, the celebration began. A few Newark Ski Club witnesses were among the well wishers celebrating this blessed event with Chris and Deb.
