Delivery/Pick-up Delivery and pick-up is available on any order. Call for your delivery rate. Set-up/Teardown Free set-up on all items excluding linens, china, flatware. Cancellation Policy If a tent or game rental is cancelled the entire deposit is forfeited. If the order is cancelled within the 2 weeks you are responsible for the total all fees. Formal Event Tips. **When deciding on placement of decorations, choose areas where your professional photographer will be taking photographs. **The shape of the centerpiece should compliment the shape of the table. **Remember to decorate Head-table, Caketable, Cookie-table, Gift-table. Our special under-lighting will add a soft glow to your special tables. **Candles may be used for a brunch or afternoon reception but the candles are not usually lit. Normally the candles are lit when the buffet is ready. **Foods taste better when unscented candles are used. **Store all your candles in a cool dry place. **Elegant floor length cloths to correlate with your style, and coloring. **Add overlays in different colors and sizes give a decorative spice as well as a napkin as a centerpiece liner. **Remember to order extra napkins for your roll and bread basket. Food Service Tips **Never add fresh food to a chafing dish. Take out the used food pan and replace with a full one. **Utensils are placed for use from the outer edge of the place setting toward the plate. See illustration on page 7 **Be sure to include your salad and dessert forks with your final counts **When placing your final count please include the quantities that you are placing on the table and not the number of guests. **Don t forget the bridal party in your final count. **Always label your beverages whether they are alcohol or non-alcoholic. **Always serve food with alcohol. **Always have non-alcoholic beverages available. **Stainless steel food pans can be placed in the oven to keep food warm. Concession Equipment Tips **A 2 Quart container of cotton candy floss will make approximately 50-60 cones. You must use cotton candy floss for the machine to function properly. ** A case of 36 bags of popcorn will serve approximately 200 people. The first batch of popcorn takes longer to pop than subsequent batches. **1/2 Gallon of slushie syrup makes 40 8oz. Frozen drinks. Allow a Minimum of 1&1/2 2 hours for optimal freezing. You must use slushie syrup ONLY in the frozen drink machines **1 pound of ice makes about 3 sno-cones. ** 1 pound of syrup will make 75 cones. Beverage Tips: **Approximately 2 cups of punch/person **Approximately 15 ice cubes/person for a 2-3 hour cocktail party **Picnic for 150 people: 10 gallons of iced tea 8 gallons of lemonade 2 soft drinks/person **One coffee station/60 guests. **Use cold water in coffee makers. **One pound of coffee will make 55 cups of brewed coffee. **Super cooler holds 168 cans of pop with 30 lbs. of ice Inflatables and Games Tips **Classic Tent Rentals have a Certified Ride Inspector on staff, and all inflatables are inspected per regulation. **Did you know that ALL inflatables are regulated by the PA Dept of Agriculture? Therefore, please allow extra time when picking up, for instructions and processing of paperwork. **The caterpillar maze is for children under 100#. Capri Tent: Lightweight vinyl, has center poles. Must be installed on grass, available in white only. Frame Tent: These tents are professionally installed made of a heavy weight vinyl with *block out material allowing the tented area to be cooler. The vinyl top is stretched over the frame work. These tents have no center poles. This tent must be secured to the ground by stakes, cement weights or water barrels. Available in White. **Silk pleated ceiling liners add an elegant look to this type of tent and it covers the interior framework. Navi-trac Frame: This tent is new and on the cutting edge in the rental industry. The vinyl fabric is built into the framework of the tent for a smoother and taut appearance on the ceiling and sides. It creates an attractive, weather tight tent. Sidewalls stay in place or can be slid easily to the side for a finished curtain look. This tent is perfect for that winter wonderland party that you have been waiting and wanting to have. This tent is a must when there is unpredictable weather! Ask about our new clear tops. Pole Tent: Professionally set-up, this tent provides dramatic high ceilings and high peaks. Consists of heavy vinyl and *block out. Available in White. Able to accommodate events for 700 people. **Pole covers and legskirts are a must when planning your formal event. High Peak Tent: This tent is considered a frame tent, with dramatic high ceilings. It is available in white. Marquee Tent: Is excellent for an entry tent or walkway. These tents are useful in connecting two tents together as well. This is a frame tent. Awning Tent: Works well on patios and decks. This is a frame tent. 18 * Block Out is factory installed into the vinyl to block out the sun and reduce the temperature under the tent 3

Guest Seating: **When placing tables for your event, 5-9 Minimum is required between each table, to allow for chairs and your guests or food service to walk through as well as sit without being disturbed. Our prices listed on tables and chairs include the set-up of these items if we are delivering. As long as you know where you would like them placed at the time of delivery. This space is perfect for a champagne or chocolate fountain. An oval shaped layout is excellent for dinner meetings and banquets. It also makes for a nice buffet line. Standard table height is 30 **Use your imagination your tables can Be strategically placed to show-off your own personality and style 30 and 36 Round tables may be used as cocktail height tables the height of these tables are 42 instead of standard 30 high. **Floor length table cloths are elegant and provide a finished look to your event!! Dance Floor: **Approximately 40 % of your guests will be dancing at one time. **Each person requires a dance area 4-6 square feet per person. Dance flooring is Oak Wood Parquet, may be installed indoors or outdoors under a tent. Linens: **Linens make that special day a very special day. China, Glassware, Flatware: **All china, glassware, flatware and food service items are sanitized, in their own racks. See illustration on page 7. **Be sure to include your salad and dessert forks with your final counts. **All food service items must be returned in their appropriate racks and clean or an additional cleaning fees will be applied to final bill. Grecian columns draped with fabric (White or Ivory) behind the head-table. All columns may be lit for you indoor romantic evening or placed as a colonnade for your outdoor event. It will also assist with placement of your settings For your small cocktail party, try our cocktail plates that will hold our stemware perfectly. Take out the used food pan and replace with a full one. **Stainless steel food pans can be placed in the oven to keep food warm. **Cambro hot boxes are able to hold 4 trays at once. **Allow one buffet line per 50 guests. **All chafing dishes come with a supply of Handy fuel for 2 1/2 hours **Don t forget serving utensils for all of your buffet items. **Chocolate fountains can be rented as a Customer pick-up or a full service rental. Two sizes available for even the smaller parties. The large one comes with 20 lbs. of Chocolate and skewers. It adds enjoyment to all occasions. **Fill n Chill Table holds 11 bags of ice and keeps all your cold foods at the perfect temperature for your outdoor event. It even has a drain that can be attached to a garden hose for draining. *Use our grass skirting to add to your tropical theme Bars & Grills: **Bar area requires 100 Square feet/person. You may use a white portable bar with a work Table behind, or for the smaller budget use 2 tables one in front of the other. **For easy clean-up of grills line the firebox with aluminum foil and spray the grill top with vegetable oil before cooking. Deep fryers price does not include a propane tank, if you need one, please make sure you have ordered one.
