Anthony Brothers, 17, of Dublin was behind Higley in a 2012 VW Passat and stopped behind her when he was rearended by a 2013 Buick Regal driven by Timothy Zalenski, 50, of Lyndeborough. The VW had minor damage to the right rear corner. The Buick had significant damage to the right front corner and surrounding area. There were no injuries, and both vehicles were driven away.
