TRAIL Trails are currently looking good. There are some projects that will be addressed in the Spring. The Blue Trail will need many large repairs & the Orange Trail behind Hanks will need some culverts replaced. We look forward to the next riding season! Make sure you turn your 2016 Trail Hours in by the January Meeting :) CAMP Kliff checked all the Fire Extinguishers in the camp. 1 Had been discharged and 1 is rusted past repair. Voted to replace theses 2. Cost will be between $40-$60 each. Please report if you use a fire extinguisher so that they can be replaced timely. Kliff also has the bolt for the mower to be replaced again, when the weather is better he will replace this. Come spring we will need to address some stumps and some dead trees in camp. is considered closed at this time till April 1, 2017. You are welcome to come in and ride, just no long term camping. Water is off in camp, at the well head there is water all year (roped off area by kids playground). Trash is off till March, please take all trash home as well. Coons are getting in the ceiling above the kitchen again, this coming weekend (Dec 10) Jim Mike will be down there fixing this if you are able to come help that would be great!! COMPUTER ON THE FRITZ Sarah s Computer has been giving her trouble since the last update. It was voted to that it in to have it looked at. If too costly or unable to fix, it was said to replace it reasonably. Then it will be read for Neva in January. (Secretary computer) BUZZING CIRCLES IN CAMP Gary Heckman has a nice O Turn Mower he has offered to the club for $2000. Jim Mike is going to go & look at it with another Trustee, at the next meeting they will let us know the condition & there will be a vote if we should purchase the mower. This would really help getting the camp mowed & the horse playground area. Thank you Gary!! NEW SIGNS Tom Fisher had new signs made for camp & has them hung. Please. Children must be supervised at all times. Thank you. This is for the young children that need to be attended, not the older children that are able to be alone there. VOTED Ellen was reimbursed for her Toner, paper, stamps & envelopes to send out the lot rent papers for $129.06 ADDING TO ONLINE We will be adding the Veterans discount to online, they will be listed at the very end for anything that you can buy. Please only use this option if you are a Veteran. This will make it much easier for everyone :) 50/50 RAFFLE Leroy Wilson was our big winner for the 50/50 at the elections!!
