Page 3 Travis Says, SURFSIDE DEPUTY REPORT DEPUTY T. OSTGAARD MARCH 28 th APRIL 3 rd, 2019 On 03/28 I received a Crime Lab Report from a drug case I had in December. The lab results came back positive for Methamphetamine from a substance in a needle. I wrote Probable Cause for the arrest of the suspect, and the suspect was located and arrested within an hour. The suspect was transported and booked in to the jail for possession of Methamphetamine. On 03/31 I was dispatched to the 32100 block of K Pl. for a welfare check. I contacted the homeowner and she stated she was fine, and she would call the reporting party. On 04/03 there was a report from the Hospital of a domestic violence call from the 32100 block of N St. The reporting party was at the hospital being seen in the ER and reported that he had been hit by a car. The driver of the car called 911 soon after and stated that she had been threatened with a knife, and the person in the hospital had jumped on her hood as she was backing up, then fell off. After investigation, the male (at the hospital) was arrested for felony harassment.
