His friend, Nicholas, had told everyone that he rode every ride at the park and was never afraid. Salvatore said the roller coaster scared him, but he rode it anyway. Even Isabella, the quietest girl in erek s class, had been to the amusement park and rode some of the rides. Everyone talked about how much fun they had at the park. erek was the last one in the class to go. He was so excited. He could not wait for Saturday to arrive! 2 erek had a hard time sleeping on Friday night. Normally his parents had to wake him up each morning. ut this Saturday, he was dressed and ready to go when his dad opened the bedroom door. erek grabbed his dad s hand and pulled him to the front door.
