CONFERENCE & R E T R E AT I N F O R M AT I O N With 1,200 acres of preserved forestland in the beautiful countryside of Chattahoochee Hills, The Inn at Serenbe is the perfect backdrop for a corporate meeting, executive retreat or team building activity. Serenbe is conveniently located 30 minutes south of Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and 40 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. The Inn at Serenbe offers various guest accommodations, multiple meeting rooms and farm-to-table cuisine at the awardwinning Farmhouse Restaurant.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES The Birch Room: $350 Birch The Birch Room offers 250 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate up to 10 guests at boardroom style seating. It is conveniently located in the Main House and features a mounted Full HD display and windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard. The Pecan Room: $400 The Pecan Room offers a 660 square foot meeting space and can accommodate up to 25 guests. It features a ceiling-mounted projector with full screen and windows to allow natural light. A charming kitchenette also provides the perfect area for a private break.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES Hawthorne The Hawthorne Room: $500 The Hawthorne Room is a 630 square foot meeting space and can accommodate groups up to 35 attendees. The Hawthorne Room offers an inviting foyer which opens to an outside terrace and gardens. There is an adjacent kitchenette that provides a private break area. Grange Hall: $1000 Grange Hall is a 1400 square foot space that can accommodate up to 40 guests classroom style and 75 theater style. Grange Hall is closely located to community properties and features a fully functioning professional kitchen, side patio, private bathrooms, and retractable 10 screen and ceiling mounted projects.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES & GROUP ACCOMMODATIONS The Oak Ballroom: $1,250 The Oak Ballroom is a stunning 1600 square foot space and can accommodate up to 100 attendees. The Oak Ballroom features plenty of natural light, views of green pastures, and an adjoining front porch seating area with rocking chairs. The room features a ceiling-mounted projector with full screen and a beautiful foyer. GROUP ACTIVITIES COOKING DEMO YOGA WINE TASTING ART WORKSHOP Serenbe s Chef-In-Residence Matt Adolfi leads a hands-on cooking class that is a fun and interactive team building experience. Experience the art of southern cuisine using local products. $75 per person for 90 minutes. $95 with wine & beer. 10 person minimum spend. Emphasize present moment awareness with a Mindful Yoga Class. Highlights include Yoga Basics, Yoga for the Office, and Yoga Flow. 1½ hours is $125 for 10 guests, $10 per each additional guest. Enjoy a customized wine tasting for your group. Choose reds, whites or a combination. Cnacks and cheese plate options also available. Art Farm Studio offers corporate creative workshops and welcomes all skill levels. Our instructors provide a hands-on, relaxed environment for your team to learn and grow in a wide range of classes, from sipping wine while painting to nature journaling on the trails. HORSEBACK SERENBE SERENBE FARMS EVENING RIDING HISTORY TOUR BONFIRE Experience the rolling hills of Serenbe through a guided trail ride through Serenbe Stables. All experience levels are welcomed. We are open seven days a week so please call 770.463.2610 for availability. $75 for one hour. Maximum of 5 riders per group. Interested in learning more about Serenbe? Schedule a free tour to learn the history and future of Serenbe. Learn about the importance of organic farming and eating locally through a tour of Serenbe Farms. $10 for private tours, $45 for 6o minutes & $20 for 90 minutes with activity.
