OSTGAARD MARCH 21 st MARCH 27 th, 2019 On 03/21 I was contacted by a member (She is out of town) and she stated she saw two people in her yard on her security camera. The reporting party stated that she could not tell who the people were, but it looked like they had looked around and then left. The reporting party is going to show me the video when she returns home. On 03/21 I was on patrol when I observed a female walking on the side of the road. I had arrested the female recently and knew she did not appear in court. The female ended up having four warrants for her arrest. I arrested and transported her to the jail. On 03/22 I was contacted about a wood theft in the 1200 block of 300 th Pl. The reporting party owns a wood cutting service and stated that a male in a red Chevrolet pickup truck had taken a truck load of wood from a jobsite. The reporting party stated he did not give anyone permission to take the firewood, and he did not know who the suspect was. On 03/22 I was on patrol when I stopped a vehicle for expired registration. When I contacted the driver, I recognized him from past arrests and knew that he had a suspended driver license and a warrant for his arrest.
