Turn left onto Mountain Ave. DOT is the brick building on the corner of Route 201 & Mountain Ave. There will be a blue & white sign on the lawn that says John E. From Topsham/Brunswick/Route 1, (and also the I-295 Exit located there): Take Route 196 West for about 15 miles, turn left just past the Lewiston McDonalds Plaza onto South Ave, Turn right at the stop sign onto Lincoln St/River Rd., The Lewiston Auburn Water Pollution Control Authority building is 0.25 miles on the left, on the paved road just before the boat launch, and across the road from the Riverview café.
