Ian Cummings arrived at 4:15 pm. 4. Fraser/York: That the City of Armstrong and Township of Spallumcheen Joint Council Committee recommends that the Armstrong Spallumcheen Joint Fire Department 2015 Five Year Financial Plan be amended by removing the 2015 expenditure of $14,000 for truck bay heaters and to bring this item forward to 2016 as an expenditure, if needed, as determined by the progress of the Armstrong Spallumcheen Fire Hall Renovation and project.
