All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, who is again advised of the availability of travel insurance. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to make such alterations to the itineraries as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in the Tour Operator s discretion or Group Leader to alter arrangements or itineraries for the passenger s comfort or welfare for any reason whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Operator. CHANGE FEE: Changing names on cruise documents, airline tickets and other trip documents may incur changing fees. Please check with your local Immigration/Customs office for your requirements. Travel Documents The cruise line provides online E-documents for passengers to print their cruise tickets and documents. You will receive notification within 30-40 days prior to sailing when your E-docs are available online for printing. Important Information Regarding Documentation Required to Travel All cruise lines are required by the US Border Security Act to electronically report a manifest of all passengers on each cruise prior to their arriving at the port on embarkation day. This manifest includes personal information about each passenger including name, gender, birthdate, residency, citizenship, and passport data. Any passengers who have not submitted all the needed information before they get to their ship can expect very long delays at the pier. If a passenger does not supply any piece of required data, he may be denied boarding without a refund.
