2. If the tenderer refuses to supply the Kitchen Kit items for any reason after given the order E.M.D. amount deposited will be forfeited. 3. Last date for receipt of Tender form is on 11.05.2017 upto 5.00 p.m. Tender will be opened in the presence of the tenderers at 11.00 a.m. on 12.05.2017. 4. The Institute will not be responsible for any delay/non receipt in transit of tender documents. 5. the pages of the tender document must be page numbered and each page should be signed with official seal. Corrections if any must also be attested. 6. Further specifications and details can be obtained from the institute on all working days between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.. 7. s quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, any other expenses and delivery charges. No freight charges will be allowed. 8. A sample of Kitchen Kit items are to be supplied as the specimen which can be inspected at the Institute on any working day. 9. Supply of all the above Kitchen Kit items should be completed within 30 days from the date of order issued, failing which penalty will be levied for delay in supply @ Rs.100/- day till the day of supply and after 60 days order will be cancelled without notice. 10. s should be quoted in the format for each item in the tender form issued by the Institute, otherwise the quotation will be rejected. 11. The Institute reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and no representation is entertained on this account. 12.
