1 Booking via www.mydriver.com: After your registration we will send you your login details. In order to place a booking, please log in with your e-mail address and your password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact us via the Forgotten password button. 3 Choose booking class: a. The journey overview gives you all relevant details and the possibility to change the details of the journey. b. Different booking classes are displayed with respective information for the type of vehicle, included services, max. number of passengers and pieces of luggage. c. You will immediately see the fixed price incl. VAT for the selected route. d. Choose a booking class and proceed to the next step. e. The commission is 10% of the displayed price excluding VAT. 2 Complete the details of the journey: a. Choose between transfer and chauffeur service on an hourly basis. b. For Transfer: Enter your pickup and return location. For hourly booking: Enter your pickup and journey time. c. Select the desired date and time. d. Click on the arrow to continue. 4 Complete the passenger details: a. The journey overview now shows the booking class. b. Select Add new passenger for new customers or the name of the customer if already displayed within the system. c. Please enter an e-mail address and a telephone number of the customer so that they receive the details of the journey and can be called in case of an emergency. d. You can add special requirements and important information for the driver. e. Add a flight or train number if available (important for flight time tracking). f. Click on continue to proceed. 4 5
5 Enter payment details and complete the booking. Depending on your account type that you selected at the registration please follow the steps below: A. With a credit card account: a. The summary shows the name of the passenger again and - if specified - the flight number. b. Enter the credit card information. The information can be saved for the next booking. c. If necessary, you can add a billing address or select from the drop-down list. d. You can add additional information such as a coupon code or frequent flyer program number. e. You can have the terms and conditions and booking conditions displayed (for example for cancellation conditions). f. Click Book Now to complete the booking. B. With an account with billing to the travel agency: a. For an account with a collective bill for your travel agency, you do not need to enter any credit card information. b. If necessary we can activate an additional cost centre field for your account. c. Complete the booking with book now. d. Once a month, Sixt mydriver sends the collective bill by e-mail to the contact e-mail address specified in the registration. If the bill should be sent to another e-mail address, please let us know. 6 7 8 Your completed reservation: a. You and your customer will receive a confirmation e-mail and, 60 minutes before the start of the journey, a journey info e-mail containing the driver s name and mobile number. b. If required, you can book a return or a new trip immediately. c. Reservations for transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 minutes before departure. Reservations for hourly bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the journey. Check or cancel reservations: a. Click on Profile and select Previous journeys & receipts. b. All journeys associated with the account are listed. You can, for instance, filter them for the status pending. c. Click on the booking for details. d. You can give us feedback and rate the journey with up to 5 stars after the journey. e. You can download the bill after the journey (only for credit card payments). f. You can cancel the reservation here prior to a journey. Customize account settings: a. Select Profile and Settings. b. Now you can change account details such as such as the password. c. In the payment options you can add and delete credit cards. d. You can add and delete billing addresses. 6 7

2 Select what type of rate you would like to book: Choose Exclusive Travel Agency Rates and select Sixt holiday Further information about Sixt, our products, news, etc. can be found at our Infopoint via www.sixt.com/travel-agencies/infopoint/ To book a delivery or a collection*, please use the Delivery and collection button and fill out the required fields. If the button is not visible, you can add the service afterwards by finishing the reservation and calling our travel agency support team. A fee for a delivery and / or collection will be applied to the rate! Collection is only possible after the traveler signs off the car to the Sixt location by phone. After signing off, the rental agreement will be closed and the Sixt location will inform the traveler at what time the car will be collected. Sixt holiday is a pre-paid all-inclusive product. If you would like to book Sixt holiday for your customers please choose Travel agency rates and Sixt holiday and click on Rent. 3 Select pick-up details: Enter the desired pick-up location as well as date and time. Once the correct rate is chosen, press the orange button to proceed. An international overview of the Sixt branches can be found within the agency login as well. Click on Menu and select Locations to browse through the available locations. 14 15
4 Choose the desired car category and confirm by clicking on Pay now. If necessary, change the displayed currency by clicking on the currency box. 6 Enter the driver s contact details: If your customer has a Sixt card, you can click on Sixt login and enter the Sixt card number and customer s name to pull all stored customer data. If your customer does not have a Sixt card please add his personal data. Sixt will send you and your customer a reservation confirmation via e-mail after the booking is complete. 5 Select Extras: An overview of which extras are already included in the rate will be displayed. Add any necessary or desired extras. Click on Continue to proceed to the next and final step in the booking process. 7 Select one of the two possible payment methods: Since Sixt holiday is a prepaid product you are able to choose between two payment methods: Credit Card or Agency Encashment. If you choose Credit Card, please enter your customer s credit card details in order to submit the booking. The credit card will be charged shortly after the reservation is placed. If you choose Agency Encashment, your agency will receive an invoice 30 days before the rent starts. 8 Confirm the reservation: For prepaid reservations, please confirm the rental information and terms and conditions before clicking on Confirm reservation. Please note: In some countries you can book a delivery or collection service. Delivery and collection services are only available for bookings with the credit card of the customer not for agency encashment bookings. To book, please contact our travel agency support team. 16 17
9 Rebooking, changing or modifying a reservation in the agency login: To change a booking, you need the reservation number and security code of the reservation which can be found in the reservation confirmation that was sent via e-mail: To modify a booking, log in to the agency login and click on Rebooking in the menu on the left. After entering the reservation number and security code, click on Change Reservation and you are able to modify the reservation. Cancelling a reservation in the agency login You can either cancel a reservation when you are in the modify reservation menu or you can also directly cancel a reservation. To do so click on Cancellation in the menu on the left, enter the reservation number and security code and click on Reservation Cancellation : You will receive an e-mail confirming the changes or the cancellation of the reservation. If you are using the login on the Sixt website www.sixt.com, please click on Menu, My reservation and select the respective action you would like to take. Please feel free to call our travel agency service team to rebook or cancel a reservation. 18
