FREE PLEASE TAKE A COPY ISSUE 9 April 2017 Happy 2 nd Anniversary to the Riverside News! Thank you to everyone for the continued support of the Riverside News. Just when I think that I will have to bore you with my ramblings, another news item comes in. Thanks to everyone. As I write the newsletter I am reminded that today is the first day of spring. The daffodils seem a bit late this year and with a warning of icy blasts in the days ahead, plus the possibility of some snow I think that the heating will be on for a while yet! Meanwhile, our village clubs and groups are as busy as ever and Ali s book sale is just around the corner, plus the Vintage Show committee are hard at it already for the Show in August. Please join me in welcoming our new Parish clerk, Judith, we wish you well and thanks go to our outgoing clerk, Natasha; thanks for all the hard work behind the scenes. If you have any news or views please let me know so that I can publicise your event for you. Page 1
