IMPORTANT DISCOUNT TICKET AND RV SPACE REQEST PROCEDURE 2019 Pinal County Fair Discount Tickets and RV Camping: In an effort to help make your fair experience fun and less costly the Pinal County Fair offers discounted tickets and passes to 4-H and PCJLC families, exhibitors and leaders. To take advantage of these discounts tickets and passes must be ordered and paid for in advance and turned in through the club leader. Process to order and obtain your clubs tickets 1. The fair will provide 4H and PCJLC with pre-order forms for them to copy and distribute to club leaders and members. 2. Club leaders should provide an opportunity for club members to order and pay club leader for tickets prior to March 1, 2019. (an individual order form is provided FORM 1) 3. Working from individual orders, Club Leader should fill in the Club Pass Worksheet (FORM 2) 4. Have each family requesting camping complete a camping registration form (FORM 3). 5. Working from the individual camping requests, Club Leader complete the Group Camping Request (FORM 4) 6. Club leaders or their representative must complete and bring a Club Discount Ticket Recap (FORM 5) and Camping Request along with full payment (checks should be made payable to Central Arizona Fair Association) to the fair office at one of the times listed below. The fair will provide tickets and passes to the club leader when the order form is turned in and paid in full. Club Ticket Orders will only be accepted and filled on the following dates: Schedule an Appointment during the following times: call 520-723-7881 February 23 rd / 5:30pm-7:30pm March 1 st / 12 noon 5pm 7. Club leaders will distribute tickets and passes to the members based on their orders and the fair pass worksheet. 8. The fair will offer an opportunity the week of fair (BEFORE Wednesday at noon) for individuals who need to buy additional Carnival and admission passes. No club orders will be filled during these times. Discount or run of fair tickets will not be offered after the fair opens. IMPORTANT: Clubs are responsible for the tickets or their value once picked up from the fair office. Club Check List: o Received Individual ticket orders and payment. (all checks payable to Central Arizona Fair Association or CAFA) o Received Camping Requests and payment (all checks payable to Central Arizona Fair Association or CAFA). o Completed Ticket Worksheet and Recap. o Completed Group Camping Request. o Return Group Ticket Recap Group Camping Request with copies of individual Camping Requests and funds to pay for request to the Fair before deadline. o Distribute tickets and passes to individuals.

Types of Tickets Fair Admission/Five-Day Season Passes: Daily general admission to attend the 2019 Pinal County Fair is Adults 13 and older -$8.00 / Children 7-12 - $4.00 kids 6 are admitted free of charge. 4-H and PCJLC members, exhibitors, and family members may save money with the purchase of a Five-Day Season Pass; the fees for Five-Day Season Passes are $8.00 for ages 6-18 (A-Passes) and $15.00 for family members and exhibitors over 19 years of age (B-Passes). Certified and Registered Online 4- H adult leaders who are supervising youth during the Fair are eligible to receive a free Five-Day Season Pass (C- Passes). All market livestock exhibitors will be issued a week-long exhibitor pass during receiving of their market animal, with the $8.00 payment to be deducted from the proceeds of the sale of their animal. For this reason, do not include market livestock exhibitors in your request for A-Passes. Discount One-Day Unlimited Carnival Ride Passes: One-day Unlimited Carnival Ride Passes are made available for purchase in advance of the fair and represent substantial savings! The decision to facilitate the sale of these passes is optional. One-Day Unlimited Ride Passes can also be purchased from the fair office or designated retail outlets, while supplies last, prior to opening day. Parking Passes: The Parking Pass fee is $10.00 per car. This pass is for those wishing to be able to drive their vehicle to their camper or wishing to park closer to the barns. There are a limited number of parking spaces in the camping area. Camping Reservations: Each individual family requesting a camping space MUST complete FORM FOUR. NOTE: Camping is intended for families traveling the greatest distance to the fair and will be assigned with that goal until all spaces are filled. The camping fee is $100 per camping space and includes: space fee / 1 adult pass / 1 parking pass. Once all of the club s families wishing to reserve a campsite have turned in their individual camping request (FORM 3), Club Leader should complete Group Camping Request (FORM 4) the Request Overnight Camping Spaces; this form provides a club summary of the camping requests. A FORM 4 and copy of each FORM 3 must be submitted with the club ticket order by the deadline above. NO camping registration requests will be accepted from individuals! Note: 1. Campers may arrive at the fairgrounds AFTER noon on the Sunday prior to opening day of fair. Enter the camping area through the gate located at the north/west corner of the main parking lot. At the gate you will find signage showing you which spaces have been reserved for your club. Please keep in mind that for safety RVs must be parked in marked spaces. 2. Your RV pass must be visibly displayed in either your front window or the first side window nearest the front of the unit. RVs without a pass, parked in the wrong area or incorrectly are subject to being towed.
