The evening was well supported by everyone and the boerie rolls went down well. As did the snacks supplied by the Terrence and Debbie Cook, in celebration of their new van a Skipper. We wish you many happy times in your new van. We had 11 vans and 2 sets of visitors, Sherri and Tarryn brought Greg and Maggie and with Shane and Zelna our future new members Louis and Kylie. We hope you enjoyed the weekend Saturday morning, turned out a lovely start to a hot day. Waking up to the sight of the river and various bird sounds. Thank you to all that participated in the Halloween theme, To Shane and Zelna, Pierre and Cindy and all their helpers, your decorations were great. Thank you for going that extra mile, we all appreciate and enjoyed it. Thanks to first time marshalls Sherri and Tarryn, you had some great ideas that brought everyone together. The next rally is our Christmas rally, I would love to see as many of our members there as possible, to enjoy a meal and friendship together. Please don t forget your male and female gift for secret Santa. Please get your intentions in early as there is a lot of planning that has to be done. Yours in Caravanning Leon/Lenny

RALLY CONVENOR REPORT Ovaflo Crammond National Rally Hi All Wow what another great rally we had. Second to last one for the year and we could not have asked for better weather. Friday night Tarryn and myself had organized Boerewors rolls as we were the marshals for the weekend. Thank you all for the support. After dinner, we all made our way to Debbie and Terrence's new van for some snacks. Thank you, guys. Hope you have a long and enjoyable time in your new van. Saturday, we woke up to the most beautiful and warm day. The morning was spent chatting and looking around the park. Saturday afternoon, it was Rugby time and some of us went to the Ambel Inn to watch the Finals and wow am I glad we did. Well Done Sharks!!! Saturday evening was a "scary night" as we had a Halloween and a little 'Beer Fest" theme. We had witches, ghosts and much more. Well done to Shane and Zelna on their AWESOME caravan set up which won them a Prize on Sunday Morning at Friendlies. Best Dressed Lady went to Cindy Best Dressed Male went to Louie (Sorry if I miss spelt this) Best dressed Paula and Madison We did a beer tasting as well and with no one getting more than 1 correct we didn't have a prize for that. Well done all and thank you for the support. Sunday was a crocodile kind of day (Yes we all saw a croc in the river) we had friendlies and lots of laughs as our fines lady Debbie stood up and took over. Great fines were given out by Debbie and then the floor was opened. Wooden spoon was handed over by Max to Bruce (Father Christmas) for a couple of reason which I won't add on here. Please don't forget your Christmas hamper gifts and a gift of value R75 for male and Female. Please colour code it so we know which is which See you all at the Christmas Rally for another great Rally by your Committee. Sherri Rally Convenor
