Please review the following important informa=on, and see site maps below for ease of unloading and parking when you arrive at our school. If you have any ques=ons, please contact our invita=onal chairpersons, band director, or guard director. Then turn ler into the bus lane, (second ler entrance, just past the parking lot). Proceed to check-in area. Students should remain on the bus, where they will get a hand stamp from our volunteers for entry into the stadium (needed for when not in uniform), then disembark. Check-in and parking volunteers will direct bus drivers to con=nue heading south in the bus lane, turning right (west) onto MRHS Driveway toward 71 st Avenue, where you will turn right (north) onto 71 st Avenue to park. Signs will be posted, and parking volunteers will be on hand to assist you. Bus Parking Bus parking will be along 71 st Lane, facing north, leading up to and in front of Hillcrest Middle School (located at the southeast corner of 71 st Avenue and Patrick Lane). An addi=onal 12 spots will be available in the parking lot directly in front of Hillcrest Middle School.. If your band is not staying un=l the comple=on of the show, please park buses on 71 st Ave and pull through parking at Hillcrest Middle School to exit. Equipment Truck/Pit Unloading and Parking From 67 th Avenue, turn west on Patrick Lane, and then turn ler into the school faculty parking lot (first entrance on the ler). ARer unloading your equipment, exit the parking area, turning ler (west) back onto Patrick Lane, and turn ler (south) onto 71 st Avenue. Just past Hillcrest Middle School (on your ler), turn ler into bus lane that will lead you into the parking lot located on the south side of the school. Drop-off and parking volunteers will be on hand to assist you. ARer your band has completed their performance, equipment trucks may return to the truck/pit unloaded area to load, before heading back to the truck parking lot. Spectator / Band Staff Parking From 67 th Avenue, turn west onto MRHS Driveway. Con=nue past first parking lot on the right (for MRHS staff only), and proceed into the student parking area. Do not park in handicap spots or in drop-off lanes designated with a blue line. Once this parking lot is full, you will need to use the overflow lots reserved for spectators and staff. Overflow Spectator Parking Mountain Ridge Bap=st Church, located on the west side of 67 th Avenue, just north of our campus, has 200 parking spots available on the west side of their lot. Addi=onally, the Church of Jesus Christ of La`er Day Saints, located on the east side of 67 th Avenue, slightly further north of our campus, has 150 parking spots on the east side of their lot.

Handicap Parking From 67 th Ave, turn west onto MRHS Driveway. Con=nue past first parking lot on the right (for MRHS staff only), and proceed into the student parking area, where you may park in designated handicap spots near the stadium. Admissions The =cket booth is located on the east side of the field by spectator parking. Admission costs are as follows: $5.00 for adults/students, and free for children under five. We accept cash and credit or debit cards. Concessions/Souvenirs Please visit our concession stands, located on both the home and visitor s side of the field (see menu). Addi=onal vendors will be selling ke`le corn and ice cream. We will also have special event programs for sale for $2.00 and event t-shirts for $20, as well as souvenir ornaments and shoe charms for $10. Directors/Staff Hospitality Tent A hospitality tent for directors and staff will be located at the north end of the football field. We will be providing refreshments and drinks for your comfort. Informa?on / First-Aid An informa=on and first-aid booth, as indicated on the map, will be located just outside the main entrance of the stadium, near the band drop-off area. Video Pass There will be one video pass in each director s packet. The video area is located on the top level of the stands, just North of the Press Box. Please send only one person to take videos, as there is limited space. Motorized Vehicles These are not allowed on our track or our field. Please roll your pit equipment into posi=on. Arrival Procedure and Check-in Students will disembark at the designated check-in area in front of the stadium. A volunteer will board your bus to stamp students hands (or wrists, if directors prefer no visible marks) so that they may re-enter the stadium if they choose to change out of their uniforms. Upon arrival, each band director will receive a packet containing wristbands for staff and parent helpers. Warm-up Band warm-up areas are located in front of the school, as indicated on the map. An addi=onal silent warm-up area is located west of the guard warm-up area near Patrick Lane. Guard warm-up areas are located on the school tennis courts, just west of the equipment/pit unloading area near Patrick Lane. See Logis=cal Schedule for details. Performance Procedure Pit Equipment will enter and exit from SIDE 1 (to the ler from the audience s perspec=ve). Band Members will enter from SIDE 1 and exit from SIDE 2. See map for more detailed informa=on. See Performance Schedule for more details. Re-Entry and Band Sea?ng Your band will re-enter the stadium at the Re-Entry gate, immediately next to the Admissions Booth on the north side. Bands will be directed to sit on the visitor s (east) side of the field. Departure from Stadium Please exit the stadium from the Re-Entry gate and find your buses along the bus parking route designated by the yellow dashes on the map.

Awards As designated in the AzMBA rulebook, awards will be as follows: 1. Class Placements 2. High Music (in each class) 3. High Visual (in each class) 4. High General Effect (in each class) 5. High Auxiliary (in each class) 6. High Percussion (in each class) There will only be one cap=on award per class per cap=on, and cap=on awards will only be awarded when there are two or more groups performing in the class.
