EXT. QUANTUM HEADQUARTERS, BERLIN, GERMANY A Jaguar XJ pulls into the parking lot. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and his 2 bodyguards step out. They walk up to the door of the building. INT. QUANTUM HEADQUARTERS Two men with Uzis open the door and shoot Tusk s bodyguards. Tusk puts his hands in the air. EXT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE, KREUZBURG, GERMANY An Aston Martin DBS V12 pulls in the driveway. Bond steps out. He pulls out a P99. INT. QUANTUM HEADQUARTERS The Quantum members tie Tusk to a chair. Drake Conners (28) walks into the room. Conners: Ah, Mr. Tusk. Tusk: You re not the German chancellor. Conners: You noticed. Tusk: What do you want? Conners: Land and water. The polish regions of Slupski, Leborski, Wejherowski, and Pucki. I also want the water surrounding it. Tusk: Why? Conners: That s none of your business. EXT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE Bond kicks in the front door. INT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE No one is in the room. Bond hears talking in the next room over. Bond takes out his cell phone, presses a button, and then puts it up near the door to the other room. The cell phone dings and Bond takes it away from the door. The

screen says: Voice matches found. Bond presses a button and the screen say: Guy Haines and Jon White. He puts the phone away and kicks in the door. In the room is a Quantum bodyguard who fires at Bond but misses. Haines and White run out the door opposite Bond leaving just him and the bodyguard. The bodyguard shuts the door. The bodyguard shoots again but Bond takes cover behind a sofa. Bond blind fires and misses. He reloads and aims for the bodyguard but he isn t there. He s right next to Bond. The bodyguard kicks Bond knocking his gun away. INT. QUANTUM HEADQUARTERS Tusk is holding a pen and is about to sign a piece of paper. Conners: Just sign it, then we ll get the land, and you ll be set free. Tusk: If I sign it you won t get the land. Conners: Why not? Tusk: In order for land to be transferred this paper will have to be signed by the president too. Conner: Whatever, just sign. Tusk signs it and Conners shoots him 5 times. INT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE Bond throws the bodyguard on the floor but he punches Bond in the face. He pushes Bond aside and reaches for the gun. Bond stops him just in time. Bond throws him over the sofa where the bodyguard grabs the other gun while Bond grabs his P99. They both aim at each other. INT. BODYGUARD S GUN BARREL Bond fires his gun and blood runs down the screen. CUT TO: OPENING CREDITS CUT TO:

INT. MI6 HEADQUARTERS, LONDON, ENGLAND M is approached by Tanner. Tanner: Ma am. M: Yes? Tanner: Its Bond he s found White and Haines in Kreuzburg, Germany. He s just killed their bodyguard. M: Keep in contact with him. Tell him I want Haines alive. Tanner: What about White? M: I don t care. INT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE Bond kicks in the door and shoots White. Haines jumps out the window. INT. MI6 HEADQUARTERS Tanner: Ma am, White s dead but Haines escaped. M: Give me the phone. Tanner hands M his cell phone. INT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE Bond is talking on his cell phone. M (O.S.): Bond? Bond: Hello, M. INT. MI6 HEADQUARTERS M: Haines escaped? Bond (O.S.): Yeah, he went out the window. M: Don t chase him...

INT. MR. WHITE S HOUSE M (O.S.):...you re in a public area you ll kill someone innocent. Bond: Of course, ma am. He hangs up. INT. QUANTUM HADQUARTERS Quantum member #1 hangs up his phone. Quantum member #1: That was Haines. White s been killed. Conners looks surprised. He looks at Tusk s dead body. Conners: Toss him in the dumpster. The 2 Quantum members pick up Tusk s body and take him outside. INT. GREENE PLANET FUNDRAISER, WARSAW, POLAND Marc Greene is speaking with a microphone. Greene: Thank you all for coming tonight. First I think we should have a moment of silence for my twin brother, Dominic, who started this business, and died last month from cancer. Everyone is quiet for 1 minute. Greene: I am here to talk about the state of the northern polish regions. I m afraid that a gas leak from Germany has settled in those regions. That gas is poisonous but it takes a long time for the poison to set in your body. Greene planet intends to clean the air before anyone gets sick and dies. Also if we can establish our company in more places we can build an air filter to install in German factories so the gas does not leak anymore. I hope you make the choice to save many lives tonight. Thank you. Greene steps away from the stand while everyone claps. A Quantum member approaches Marc.

Sara: Why are you always relaxed and drinking while were working? Felix: Because, no one will know who you are, if you don t act like who you are. Sara: Whatever. Do you have any Intel on this White guy? Felix: Sorry. But, I have a friend who might. Felix takes out his cell phone and calls Bond. INT. BOND S CAR Bond s phone starts to ring so he answers it. Bond: Hello? Felix (O.S.): Ah, Bond, such a pleasure talking to you again. Bond: It s a pleasure talking to you too, Felix. What do you need? INT. GREENE PLANET FUNDRAISER Felix: Do you have any Intel on a man named White? Bond (O.S.): Of course...

INT. BOND S CAR Bond:...Full Name is Jon White, Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, 61 years old, no living family, resided in Kreuzburg, Germany, deceased, date of death August 2nd, 2010. Felix (O.S.): August 2nd? INT. GREENE PLANET FUNDRAISER Felix: That was yesterday. Bond (O.S.): I know. INT. BOND S CAR Bond: I was the one who killed him. Felix (O.S.): Wow. But thanks for the Intel. Bond: No problem. Bond hangs up. INT. GREENE PLANET FUNDRAISER Marc and Quantum member #3 are watching Sara and Felix from the balcony above. Marc: Occupez-vous d eux dans la chambre du fond. (Take care of them in the back room. Quantum member #3: Oui, monsieur. (Yes, sir.) Quantum member #3 walks past Quantum member #2. Quantum member #3: Allon-y. (Let s go) Quantum member #2: D accord (Alright.) Quantum member #2 follows Quantum member #3. They walk up to Sara and Felix and point CZ 75s at them. They put their hands up and follow the Quantum members to the back room. Quantum member #3 aims his gun at Sara. Quantum member #3: You first, missy.

He is about to fire when Sara attacks him causing the gun to fire twice hitting Quantum member #2 in the chest, and Felix in the leg. Sara steals the gun and shoots Quantum member #3. Sara takes the bullet out of Felix s leg and wraps it in a bandage. Felix: Sara, they probably heard the shots and looks like one of them sent a distress signal. Go, leave me here. I ll be fine. Sara: But- Felix: Just go! Sara runs and Felix calls Bond. Outside the room more Quantum members with Uzis are heading for the back room. Greene: Allez, allez, aller. Recevez-les maintenant. (Go, go, go. Get them now!) INT. BOND S CAR Bond s phone starts to ring. He answers it. Bond: Hello? Felix: Bond, help. Coordinates are 52 13 39 degrees North and 21 00 14 degrees East. Bond hangs up and enters the coordinates in his phone. Bond: Poland? Bond calls Tanner. INT. MI6 HEADQUARTERS Tanner picks up his phone. Tanner: Hello? Bond (O.S): Tanner, its Bond, schedule me for the next flight from Berlin to Warsaw. Tanner: Okay.

Tanner presses some buttons on his phone. Tanner: The next flight isn t until 6:15 tomorrow morning from Berlin international. INT. BOND S CAR Bond: Fine, book it. He hangs up. EXT. BOND S CAR Bond pulls into a hotel parking lot. EXT. GERMAN HOTEL, BERLIN, GERMANY Bond steps out of his car and walks up to the entrance. INT. GERMAN HOTEL Bond walks up to the front desk. Hotel worker: Hallo, herr. (Hello, sir.) Bond: Hallo. Kann ich, ein Zimmer haben? (Hello. May I have a room?) Hotel worker: Naturlich. Name? (Of course. Name?) Bond: James Bond. Hotel worker: O.K. sind Sie im Zimmer drei zwei funf auf dem zweiten Fußboden. She hands him the keys. Bond looks surprised. Bond: Sorry? Hotel worker: I said okay, you re in room three two five on the second floor. Bond: Oh, thank you. Bond gets in the elevator and takes it to the second floor. When he gets up there he sees Drake Conners and 2 Quantum members. He takes a picture of him with his cell phone.

Cell Phone Voice: Match found. Drake Conners, geologist for Greene Planet. Bond: Greene Planet? Bond walks into his room where he loads his gun and puts it in his back pocket. He leaves his room and sees a Quantum bodyguard in front of Conners door. Bond quickly puts a suppresser on the barrel of his P99. He shoots the bodyguard. He opens the door and shoots another bodyguard. Conners attacks him sending the gun flying out the window. Bond kicks Conners sending back. Conners throws Bond against the wall and repeatedly punches him. Bond catches one of the punches with his hand and punches him. Conners grabs a M1911 and aims it at Bond. Bond pushes his arm making it aim at Conners head. Conners fires. He drops dead. Bond goes back to his room.
