CITY OF WE BEND NOTICE OF PUBLIC EARING 2020 COMPRNSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT NOTICE IS EBY GIVEN that a Public earing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 1115 S. Main Street, West Bend, Wisconsin, on the 9 th day of August, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., to consider a 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment for the City of West Bend, Wisconsin. Copies of the 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment are available for viewing on the City of West Bend web site at www.ci.west-bend.wi.us or during normal office hours at the West Bend Municipal Library, 630 Poplar Street, or the Department of Development, City all, 1115 South Main Street. A copy of the requested 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment may be obtained by contacting the Department Development at (262) 5-5122. The 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment is for a change in recommended land use for approximately 6.5 acres of land located approximately 400 feet south of W. Washington Street on the west side of Valley Avenue. The proposed change would be from Commercial to Multi- Family Residential. The Public earing is being held so that the West Bend City Plan Commission may hear those persons who have an interest in the 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment. Following the Public earing, the City Plan Commission will make a decision regarding the proposed 2020 Comprehensive Plan amendment.
