PRESIDENT S REPORT JULY 2016 100% COMMUNITY The Zone chairman, Daphne Holley will be joining us for our tea meeting this month. Unfortunately we will not be holding the Youth of the Year Awards as the response from the community has been very poor. The effectiveness of this programme will be reviewed early in 2017 but if you have any thoughts or comments on this in the meantime can you please let Wayne or myself know. In the meantime the Social team are planning a fun charades event for our tea meeting. Still no progress on the legacy project but I know that the council have now had their planning meeting and I am hoping to meet with them in the next week or two to share ideas Mike is preparing a list of businesses in Stratford for everyone to approach for donations to the Christmas raffle so I ask everyone to take at least 5 or 6 names to spread the load. He will also be preparing a timetable for duties at the A & P show. These events will arrive very quickly. I heard on the radio today there are only 6 more Sundays until daylight saving starts It is a Partners night this month so see you all at the tea meeting Cheers Peter Death receiving his certificate for joining up a member Lynn
