To stay informed check out our Facebook site NOTES FROM THE PREZ: Well we are in our 4 th month as a new board. What a great bunch of people. It is a privilege working with them. When you see a board member, say thank you. They would really appreciate it. They are a dedicated bunch and I could not do it without them. So far we have accomplished quite a bit. The fall line up is shaping up quit nicely and I am sure all of you including any new members will really enjoy what is on Tap this coming season. The following are just a few things we have planned, a fall hike on Sept 19 th, a diner on Sept 28 th and a Meet and Greet to encourage new Membership will be held at the New Hartford Town Library in November. We will also be hosting a presentation by Dr. Vora a mountain climber at SUNY s Kunsella Auditorium on October 21 st at 7:00PM. In October we have a pancake breakfast to benefit the American Cancer Society, a huge kick-off Oktoberfest Party at our first meeting and we ll possibly host a booth at the West Adirondack Snowsports Expo on October 2 in Boonville. WOW! Are we busy Why not ask someone to join our club and get involved. We have a lot more on the schedule so stay tuned.. See you all very soon. This will be held Saturday, Oct 23rd at Trinity United Methodist Church, Westmoreland Rd. Whitesboro from 8 to 10:30 AM. Cost is $6 which includes Pancakes, Sausage, Juice, Coffee, Tea and of course great GE Ski Club chefs and fabulous, friendly service. Members of the Tramp and Trail club will be there to fuel up for a bike ride led by our own Chuck Balser and Ron Geiskopf starting at 10 AM from the Whitestown Town Park on Gibson Rd. All are Welcome to Come Along. If some of you want to help out and bike too, that can be worked out. Donations of Pancake Mix, Syrup, Juice, Coffee, or a homemade goodie will be much appreciated.
