Fairmont Staff provided outstanding service to ensure our event ran smoothly without any glitches. Paige who was our designated event co-ordinator made sure I was happy with the planned service and went above and beyond to quickly organise a table and a few chairs at last minute for a clinical diagnostic demonstration. Venue and layout was perfect for our clinical meeting and food and beverage service was excellent. A very big thank you to Paige, AV team, Chefs and other staff behind the scene in providing a great experience at Fairmont Resort. My initial contact with the Fairmont was with David Turner and he was most helpful. As you can imagine, there is quite a bit of back-and-forth initially over schedules, facilities, prices etc. David was fantastic at helping me sort through everything and come to a clear proposal and understanding of what the hotel could do. Once confirmed, I was handed across to Simone Roberts. And I can t praise her efforts enough. Simone is amazing. Her organisational skills and professionalism are excellent, and her friendly approach feels natural and not forced. As I was adjusting on the fly, Simone was with me all the way and nothing was a hassle. Simply, Simone is a credit to your company. I would also like to pass on my thanks to all members of staff who were on duty during out stay. From the chefs, housekeeping and those that we don t see.. all the way through to front of house and those who greeted us with a friendly smile and were able to have a chat. I appreciate the ease and friendliness in the staff, as it made my work so much easier. We have a number of staff who haven t stayed at the resort before and are now saying they will be back.
